Interestingly enough I worked out my calories for my normal diet day and it looks like I’m on a lot of food but trust me, it takes more to fuel a 300lb plus man and I’m glad I have Jordan who understands this.

So there you can see looking flat, I’ll take some more pics tomorrow and we can see how things have changed.
Carbs take a while to do there job and it won’t be till today that I really start to notice the effects on my physique. -

So pictures from yesterday’s check in showed me flat across the top which is very common for me and that with a 4lb drop putting me at 304lb Jordan agreed that we were due a refeed to show things down.
Yesterday across the day I had an extra 250g of carbs mostly post training and feel really good today. Up the earliest I’ve been on prep so far and ready to attack this shizzle. -

Also look at reducing carbs on rest days and encorporate daily cardio. -
Rest day today and I am starving!!! Hungriest I’ve been on prep so far! 8 weeks in and prep has hit me lol.
I’ll check in with Jordan tomorrow am again and see where we’re at ????????

Mate – if I’m building up slowly from a lean base (11.9 bf%) how much weight gain a week you reckon? Or just go off mirror? (split is full boday a, off, full body b, off)I’d go off mirror man, any more than 2lbs per week consistently would be too much but this could well happen in the early stages. As things slow don’t be afraid to sit at a certain weight and solidify what you’ve gained before pushing for more especially if appetite has stalled ????????

How long did you have anavar in for, would you use it intermittently throughout a prep as strength starts to take a hit?
Would you then re introduce closer to a show?
ThanksIt was in for 2 weeks tops buddy and yes exactly that. This is new to me as I normally just put it in 6 weeks out for a kick but this way makes total sense.
