Eat what ever digests well within the guidelines of your macros from what I’d determine as a clean food source. Adopting a common sense approach towards clean food sources.

Here are some pics at 308, since T3 went in I’m down from near 312 to 308 so the tren will hopefully does that now also. -
So post check in with Jordan a few minor changes again.
Mainly primo is out and replaced with tren a at 700 per week. High in off the bat but I have tolerated more in the past. This is personal to me and I wouldn’t advocate 700 for most users let alone first time uses of tren.
Main reason for this is strength was starting to waiver some what on top lifts so tren is added from a performance aspect primarily which will improve the look secondary and all round. Interesting approach under Jordan in that drugs are manipulated as per performance over look. Thought being if performance is high the look will be great!
Anavar is removed also so if we need another kick later on we can just re add.

Yes buddy ansomone I take am and pm on its own obviously and around training with slin shot. Research suggested so many different things I think this way is completely fine ???????? -
What’s the thinking behind splitting t3 up into two doses bud? I’m guessing it’s a half life thing but never seen it done before

In all honesty does the number on the scales effect your head even when you can see physical changes?
At what point do you foresee the need to introduce something like clen as a tool?Neil buddy imo numbers on the scale effects everyone as much as we preach don’t worry about the scales. To me it’s like numbers in my bank balance, they say money doesn’t make you happy but I smile when the numbers look good haha
Clen I think if you have a hard time shifting weight and you’ve tried most other things already. It’s definitely a nice tool to have waiting to play if we need ????????
