I take it that it’s been there a long time and needs operating so your view is to control and limit sides?
Always start with the minimum but have stronger on hand so starting with aromasin at 25 3 x per week would be a good start. This should hold off a flare up and is more mild on lipid values.
If you have sides you can in case to eod our daily.
Arimidex is stronger and well also help to breakdown fresh tissue build up from gyno but again stay low and build up to required amount needed for you.
Arimidex starting would be around 0.5mg 3 x per week. -

Made the trip over to ultra flex with the boys for a deadlift party.
Very challenging session tbh with the lower back not being fully recovered from squats on Sunday.
Managing the lower back is going to be a constant challenge when poundages are high but something you have to be well aware of.
Next week we will alert the sessions to counter act this by either swapping squats out or pulling from blocks.

Up early for check in photos and then cardio
Weights at 312 so some more minor diet tweaks with the addition of T3 at 25mg – 12.5 am and pm
Cardio increased to 30 mins walk too so I’m sure we will see some nice changes this coming week heading into 10 weeks out -

Post 10iu before post meal 185g carbsThis is all specific to me do not copy. With insulin please have someone instruct and cater it to you specifically, a lot of factors determine usage.

I would add aromasin at 12.5 eod or atleast 3 x per week
T4 could add 50mcg before bed and it wouldn’t hurt ????????
