Rest day ready for a big leg session tomorrow.
Legs are still sore from Tuesday lol I blame the hack squat and the total of 28 reps in 2 sets straight into a triple test pause leg press doh!!
Check in with the big man in the am too so my legs are fresh fur the pics as a pose to Monday am ???????? -

Checked in with Jordan this am and weight was up slightly to 314.
Not find anything different, largely inflammation from legs Tuesday and the addition of the anavar.
We have some nice diet changes tho… -
Great leg session tonight!
This was a new rotation as I’ve been getting alot of pain in my right hip so the whole structure of the workout was based around max progression and max safety.
Loads on leg day were obviously getting a bit too silly for my old body haha
To alleviate that new exercise order and selection with no low number top working sets, all 12 and second ????????Have you seen someone regards the hip pain dude? I’ve recently had the same thing been out of legs for a while, nightmare! Long leg problems. [/quote]
Hey buddy I try and get deep tissue once a week and I’ve seen a chiropractor to try and sort my spine and hips.
I also have about 3 hot baths a week which I find helps a lot.
I think one of the main causes is lack of mobility so ultimately more stretching would definitely help prevent and cure. -
If your an assisted athlete I don’t think your placing yourself in danger of losing muscle.
10 minutes will be fine then try and play with food after that ???????? -
As Claire said it’s only a guide, what’s your level of activity like? Can you increase this before opting to reduce calories?

Don’t cut the weights just learn to manage them. -
They lift weights and consume an excess of calories which leads to growth. And there on peds.
That’s the simplest way of explaining that without telling you how there probably meticulous with every aspect of diet, rest, recovery etc
