Tried to do glute bridge after leg press but hams were cramping too bad so this needs to go after Hack next time. -
Great leg session tonight!
This was a new rotation as I’ve been getting alot of pain in my right hip so the whole structure of the workout was based around max progression and max safety.
Loads on leg day were obviously getting a bit too silly for my old body haha
To alleviate that new exercise order and selection with no low number top working sets, all 12 and second ???????? -

Rest day and another check in after the weekend.
Sounds really shit this but when your big like a lot of the guys on the team just simply standing up for long periods increases NEAT that much you souls expect a larger than normal weight drop.
The weekend took another 3lb off me so this am I was sharing at 311.
That’s why you will find the bigger guys move less because they just have to to grow and maintain mass. -
As all say buddy take the dam meds ???? muscle ain’t going anywhere

Just got in bed after a long two days at the 2nd UK PRO MUSCLE TOUR.
Been an absolute pleasure to impart our knowledge on others willing to invest in theirselves over the past two days????????

Just don’t go ham every day man or save it till the eve. Drink loads of water away from the sessions and you’ll be fine.
Like Ryan said you could take additional support away too. -
