Up and at em!! Push day.
Routines are becoming automatic now, 12 weeks out and it’s still very easy but this is where we start to see the body change fast as there’s no struggle, the body and mind is in tune with prep.
It’s like the body finally accepts ok we’re in prep, he’s going to abuse me for a period of time, let’s fucking work haha

I think based on upper lower frequency being higher 3 rotations would be optimal and between a smith, bars and dumbbells you definitely have enough to go out to create one with different angles and implements.
Either that or consider repeating rotation one with a higher rep target for each set meaning your weight selection would vary and make that rotation 3 ???? -
Do you ever use vegetables Jamie or are you taking a green supplements as a alternative.
At the minute paul I have garden peas with 2-3 meals per day ????
If and when calories get lower I may pull out the big guns and add broccoli -
2nd rest day in a row and ready to go tomorrow.
Feeling fresh and definitely much needed to maintain intensity and progression.
Being able to rest and listen to my body is something I’m getting better at and feel this will only aid the end result come stage time.
In previous preps I’ve refused to back down and have days off because I’ve seen it as lazy, you know the what ever it takes mentality. Well yes, do what ever it takes to be your best which means factoring rest 100% even in prep.Something I deal with daily… I feel like I constantly need to be doing something… can never just sit down, chill, and recover…. if not training then cardio, if not cardio then posing, if not posing then stretching / foam rolling, abs and if not that then meal prep.
Also just watched your newest YouTube video! Love these prep update vlogs! Just curious, do you ever utilize npp during your prep?
Hey buddy I used npp in my off season never have in prep no.
Thanks for watching, the Eddie hall one should be live tomorrow ????????
Why never use npp during prep?
Unnecessary imo and holds too much water for me personally.
For me and most deca/npp are off season mass building drugs. -

Your plan looks solid now
I would defo drop the EQ for the tren in that final stage ????????
Have a stronger ai on hand for final week or two like arimidex too assist dryness if your holding water.
Looking very dry for timescale here so you may be fine

Jamie – quick question regarding tren – do you implement it at any stage during prep ? Also, do you have any tips or sups that may help if you struggle sleeping whilst using it ?
I use it but obviously I’m very advanced. I wouldn’t say tren is for beginners or people who don’t compete.
5 htp helps buddy 100%
I will use but we will implement around 10 weeks to boost things again -

MemberFebruary 4, 2020 at 8:20 pm in reply to: First contest prep cycle advice pleaseId like to see pictures before I advise please buddy. Your potential would lead me to advise whether some compounds are even worth it especially your first competition ????????

I think 2 is definitely enough.
3 if you have a large gym and an array of equipment but 2 is normally perfect for the equipment you have to work with and ample room for progression ???????? -
Taking two rest days as body is feeling beat up. Will give me chance to catch up on some work and be back in the same routine as Kuba and Jimmy also.
I’m excited to see the changes over the next 3 weeks leading in to 10 weeks out ???? -
All of the above are correct buddy, make sure pink salt is on every meal and I’d put it in my intra for the benefits also ????????

Can you attach photos and current goals?
