Check in with Jordan went very well this am
Sat at 315 with gh back in and feeling like my body is really woke up now 5 weeks in -
Shit foods are ok to add calories when the diet is at a stage where food is super high but I don’t believe in ‘snacks’ in between meals.
Add the snack food to main meals which will be better for blood sugar stability. -
Push day today
Tried a new gym in derby out – physique evolution – very nice gym, lovely owners. Kitted out with Watson, hammer, Atlantis and some other top quality bits. Worth a visit if you’re around derby center.
I’ll definitely be making some more trips in prep for a change of environment. -
Defo put nolvadex in at 20 a day.
Gauge the sensitivity and knock back to 10 daily or 20 eod.
Aromasin is better for blood work at 12.5 eod.
Depending how developed the sides are you may need arimidex but that’s a low cycle and remember the harsher the drugs to combat estro the harsher the sides in bloodwork.
Also cabre May be needed for prolactin from deca.
I’d get a blood test to see where everything’s at. -
Interesting. The loss fullness is barely noticeable in the shoulders and upper body. But the lower half looks alot leaner
That’s what I thought buddy we will see what happens now the gh is back in ????????

Just saw your IG video on GH. So i know you mention its an expensive fat burner but it does help w recovery. So in the sense that it helps w recovery, do you think that helps minimally with muscle building?
Im curious to see how a prep minus GH looks. I’m always second guessing if it really does much for me besides cosmetically. Also curious if it helps more with tendon/ ligament recovery in ways anabolics dontImo yes it does assist with recovery and muscle building in the sense it produces satellite cells within the muscle tissue but as stated it’s a slow burner.
Anabolics would inhibit faster results for recovery and building new tissue imo.
This being said I’ve had a chat with Jordan tonight and we’ve both agreed that the fullness gh gives is worth the pain for the pro debut. I don’t have an issue getting in shape but I do have an issue with fullness and flatten out super quick.
I’ll post pictures from today which were taken this am and without gh for two days which dropped bodyweight 3lbs.
Short term pain for overall success fingers crossed????????

MemberJanuary 30, 2020 at 9:38 pm in reply to: New Training Split (CRITIQUE/OPINIONS)I’m with Hilly when it comes to volume and ex selection that more personal.
I don’t like training 3 days in a row. I prefer 2 on one off but my favourite is a day off either side of legsHmmm , 2 on 1 off eh ? For example , I planned it this way so that I can have my training partner come and join me , that’s the only reason, with the 2 on 1 off , a specific body part will/will not be on a specific day, get what I mean ? Thanks Jamie for your reply , I really appreciate it , I’ll try and get something together ????????♂️[/quote]
I do get what you mean yes buddy but sometimes fitting around others it not always best case. -
Like Kuba says but for natural athletes it can be a tool as Ryan says also ????????

Rest day today, massage and chills.
All about getting the body prepped for tomorrow’s leg assault -
Hey Jamie, has your cycle changed at all since you start this prep? Or are you running the same cycle as you were end of 2019?
I did put it somewhere buddy.
