I was also wondering if using medium-long testosterone comes from enanthate or cypio. finally my last question: how often do you do estrogen analyzes during the year?
I do every 5/6 weeks to monitor both estrogen and prolactinHey buddy I use a brand called keifie mainly. I find it very solid.
The test at the minute is there 325 blend of testosterones.
Estrogen wise I go off feel and emotions and taper my aromasin up or down. I’ll try and run minimal to assist lipid profile which would be 12.5 eod.
Blood test wise I’ll do one every 3-4 months.

Apologies but no I am not comfortable giving this information. -
I feel like the sessions look good, just gauge the recovery from each session and manipulate volume to suit, some exercises will only require one set if your going all out and you’re deep in progressing that move.

Great push session tonight all numbers were up even tho I’m still feeling pretty beat up fr the Eddie hall session.
Ideally needed an extra day off but mentally in prep I had to train after 2 days rest.
Session was same as the new push bideo ???????? -
I’ve finally had to drop the gh for a while as wrists are just agony so we will have this week off and reassess.
It’s not effecting training strangely enough but it’s day to day activities like picking up the dog, getting out of bed and putting weight in my hands etc
Crippling me so the gh is out for the time being -

Definitely need to know goal and see current composition.
The diet planner is likely more accurate and the fact is this is a realistic amount of food you need to eat and a realization you haven’t been eating enough. -
