    So 2 rest days this weekend to get my body back to some kind of functional status after legs and being quite frankly raped for 4 hours by Eddie Hall ????
    Just sent Jordan my am check in, we’re hitting 2 a week at the minute usually Thursday and Sunday to keep tabs as close as possible.
    My weight is still 320 all boxes ticked off this week and calories adjusted which I’ll place in the diet section this am.
    I feel and look leaner so decomposition is taking place but when you weight stalls in a prep your never satisfied that that’s good enough for your efforts.
    Given the timescale if we could continue to get leaner and drop minimal weight the end look would be crazy I just know it!
    I’ll let you judge the pictures????????

    I would increase activity also. Calories are very low to begin with.
    Hold them there, be patient and just concentrate on working harder and being consistent .
    Your body will change if you stay on plan that’s all you need to do man. Don’t rush things and drop calories as you’ll just end up binging and ruining your hard work due to low food.
    These are ladies calories buddy, post wedding work on eating a higher amount of food day to day so you can start from around 4K min ????????

    hi jamie.
    I wouldn’t want to be too intrusive with this question but I’m curious to know what brand you use of these used products.
    I was also wondering if using medium-long testosterone comes from enanthate or cypio. finally my last question: how often do you do estrogen analyzes during the year?
    I do every 5/6 weeks to monitor both estrogen and prolactin

    Hey buddy I use a brand called keifie mainly. I find it very solid.
    The test at the minute is there 325 blend of testosterones.
    Estrogen wise I go off feel and emotions and taper my aromasin up or down. I’ll try and run minimal to assist lipid profile which would be 12.5 eod.
    Blood test wise I’ll do one every 3-4 months.

    There’s no set formula, just set up everything solid from the out and go off feedback, strength, bodyweight and look.

    1lb a week is achievable but just be patient ????????

    After a rediculous leg session filmed by Jay for the site I’m in the bath hoping that it will recover me atleast 5% more ready to attack the session with Eddie Hall tomorrow.
    Not gonna lie I’ve been anxious all week about the session hoping that I can train to my potential and out on a decent showing for the team and myself. I’ve felt niggles and pains that I’m sure aren’t even there but what ever I feel like tomorrow I’m going all in ????
    Not the best planning on my part training with the former worlds strongest man the morning after legs ????

    Ok so your mid high natural range now.
    I’d do 300mg per week total
