Never heard of this before, but if it’s reoccurring I wouldn’t bother using it again especially if it’s going to cause anxiety or stress it’s not worth it
Thank you, Kamara!

I have never ever heard of anything like this mate sounds odd to me
I also have friends that are using the same brand and they didn’t have any sides, only positive effects…
this doesnt mean anything – you may be allergic to the compound.
I have also never heard of this before and would also suggest you stop the use of this completely. Does not sound good at all.
Do you inject anything else?
Yeah it’s really strange. The only thing that I noticed is that it only comes when I inject into the shoulder. Last year I also injected in my quads and I didn’t feel anything. No, I never injected anything else

It’s not a common side effect that I’m aware of. It could well be phycological, particularly now that you’re expecting the chest pains. You can get it in capsule form, although more effective for gut healing, however it could still be beneficial.
I’d be hesitant to continue injecting whatever you have it if you’re genuinely experiencing chest pains.
Thank you for your reply, Clare!

Never heard of this but I advise you not to use whatever it is your using. Could be anything in there.
Thank you for your reply, Ryan. Actually I‘m using a pretty famous brand hier in Germany (I‘m not sure if I can say the brand name here on the forum) but like I said, I already tested 2 different brands.

I’d say increase healthy fats here and improve sleep as Peter has mentioned. Jp also does a natural stack that may help improve your natural hormones.
Thank you very much, Ryan!!

Hello bud, I hope you are good.
so the first and most important factor here is that you need more bloods doing now to see how things have improves since the end of diet bloods to see if the issue is actually hormone related or life/stress/sleep related.
In the interim I would look to increase your overall fat intake by 20g daily and make sure its coming from sources such as salmon/trout/avocado/macadamia or olive oil.
i would be pretty confident in saying tho that this is sleep/stress related and even if hormones are bette than they were these things may well be stopping them getting better again.
TBJP dream sleep and unwind could be very useful supplements here alongside some mindfulness work and trying to prioritise sleep etc as much as you can. Not easy for most including myself I know but it will make a huge difference
Thank you very much, Hilly!!

Hello Jordan,
I see you now train your chest every 3 sleeps. In the past your chest couldn’t recover from the sessions every 3 sleeps so you basically did a full upper, than lower, rest, upper without chest, lower and repeat. Right? How are you now managing the recovery? Are you doing even less volume than in the past? -
Anything over 3 sets of direct chest work is taking you 4 sleeps to recover from?
@Haider Mehdi the max I can recover in 4 sleeps are 6 sets. I once did 8 and after the 4 sleeps I was still sore.
-
Have 2 upper rotations so you can have chest in one and then lightly touch it in the second rotation or even not at all in the second rotation
Thank you @kamara, i was thinking the same thing but i didn’t knew it it weren’t better to try to train it more frequently.

Thank you for the reply Kamara! 🙂

Thanks for your reply, Jordan. I’m working in an restaurant and I train my quads the only day it’s closed so I don’t have to work (sunday). I tried to train them on days where I had to work and it were terrible days because I destroyed them in the morning and than had to work 10/11/12 hours walking all day long (20-30k steps) and it affects my recovery a lot and I even got my Knee inflammed once trying it for 3 weeks. But even if I rest them the same day I train they are sore for at least 5 days and I’m unable to hit them again.

Hey Hilly, would you take it with the last meal or before the last meal „half fasted“?

MemberAugust 12, 2024 at 2:21 pm in reply to: Curcumin timing (to close to the workout)I’d be more concerned taking curcumin immediately post workout. Splitting the dose am and pm should be fine. I do the same and train after my first meal.
Thank you for the answer. I was wondering because I would literally take it pre wo (1:30h pre wo, before meal 1)
