    I have highly branched cyclic dextrin and BCAAs at the minute but plan on switching the BCAAs to peptopro?

    In my last meal the night before I would have porridge as well.

    Workouts are generally 45mins-1hour. I am going to be starting a mass gain phase using the fortitude training system with in the next weeks after following a fat loss phase for the past couple of months.
