This is a pretty solid set up buddy. I think you can probably add another side delt exercise into delt focused day. As they can take a little more volume.
Also maybe put your incline DB work first and then into your delt work
I was thinking about swapping the DB and smith press too due to the stability aspect of the DB’s. Will add in some more side delt work on delt day, thank you sir!

I honestly doubt taking 20mg year round will cause any issues.
However personally I am not a fan of taking drugs if there is no need so if BP is fine and your just on TRT then I would stop the use and keep it for when on cycle but this is just my personal opinion.
Yes it has other benefits to a certain extent but if a drug isn’t needed I dont feel the need to use it and on true TRt there should be no need for it unless health marker show so.
I was thinking about doing this also. I may drop it when on trt for a few weeks and save it for future cycles if BP becomes an issue again

Yes it does both.
Kidney health is one of the main reasons why you should keep your blood pressure in check in the first place. So indirectly yes, if it helps you to have optimal blood pressure telmisartan protects your kidneys too.
But mate, assuming you have nutrition and exercise dialed in (cardio, movement, bodyweight, nutrition, …) what kund of supplement have you tried?
I’ve tried cardi tone, love heart, revive blood pressure supplement, none of them got me back in range and my test was only 375 a week. First time ever having BP issues while on cycle but blood work and markers are still good otherwise

Hi Mate,
Constantly check all other parameters, your Blood pressure shouldnt be too low ideally.
Keep your Bodyfat in range, move troughout the day, do cardio, healthy diet, manage aromatisation, supplements, …
If Bloodpressure is still too high, then sure keep it in optimal range with telmisartan.
I personally wouldnt think about sides from telmisartan too much if nothing specific is happening, because the „sides“ of elevated blood pressure over years will defo hit you worse.
Telmisartan helps lower hematocrit too and is good for the kidneys also correct?

You could start pushing now and that wouldn’t be a bad option by all means. But personally I’d diet for 2-3 weeks longer just to give you the best possible starting point
Probably going to push it a little further actually considering I will be dropping to TRT as well which might make me a tad softer. Thanks for the reply

Hey bud do you have any pictures to help us guide this
Your perception of 10% may be a little different to what we think is 10%
Pics attached above, been dieting since May, not sure if there’s a time length where you should do a maintenance break or reverse or just keep pushing through but it feels like it’s been a long ass time haha

I agree with Oscar, the reason I think he would say only one push session is to focus on the body parts that you want to bring up the most.
The only suggestion I would make in the back of Oscar’s reply is that If this was me I’d like to start my training week with a body part I want to progress the most, so in your case legs or back as you will be fresher after a rest day.
Ok thanks, also, should I have 2 rotations for each session or is 1 fine?

So don’t have two push days in the mix? I’m training five days a week currently and honestly have been recovering fine.
To get the most out of these set up from a progressive standpoint and to be able to meet recovery demands ..
Sunday -Push
Monday -Pull
Tuesday-Off
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Off
Friday -Density
Saturday-Off -
