So Hungry your eating to much air ????
No seriously some times lack of fiber has done this to me and on the flip side too much in one sitting

Most people phase it out. Other wise the change is too dramatic and you will gain body fat quickly

I’m exactly the same mate. I have to be crazy low body fat for my abs to be out and only the top 4 are slightly visible

Also I would say virtually none of my gains are from water weight like they were last time round.
All sides have been to a minimum this year randomly maybe a better body composition helped that

Personally I wouldn’t drop protein on non training days. Your relexation of calories should come in to play around training so what I do is if the end wants to eat poorly I make sure I’ve have a really big training session before hand.
Also don’t introduce to much cardio early on as your have no tools in the box when your struggling to bring the body fat down.
The anavar I would drop and run the rest at the end of the cycle as it won’t do an awful lot at higher body fats.

Also if your new to cycling I would avoid tren this is my 3rd cycle and I still haven’t touched it.
You can make great progress just from the rest alone.Also because you are allowing your self fast acting carbs every day after the gym it ensures you don’t crave bad foods on the off days so try not to go bad and be careful on your food choices on non training days. When eating out just work your way around the menu.
Places to avoid. Italian that don’t sell meat dishes (my Mrs loves Italian so annoying)
Good places to eat out are Turkish restaurants

I use scivation xtend which I’ve used for well over 18 months now. Any particular reason you use EAAs instead?

If your not running test with t3 and clen you are likely to loose muscle tissues IMO. I tried clen many years ago on a calorie deficit without test and yes the fat came off but so did everything else
