Very cool mate! My best lifts in competition last year were

    Squat 242,5kg with wraps
    bench 160kg

    deadlift 260kg

I squatted 255 in training leading up to the competition but I’m always struggeling to get my breathing right in the sqaut! Still pisses me that I didn’t nail it in competition! But hey! It’s not over until it’s over said Sly! ???? Next meet will come for sure!

Squat make me so nervous during A meet lol
When are you gonna compete for the next time?

Yes mate! What were your best lifts and best total? Which weight class? Raw or equipped?

I did my last comp in March, It was the French gpc championship, I just did the minimum which was 615kg total so I did 617.5 (245 / 152.5/ 220) to be able to compete at the European championship

My last heavy week before the comp I did 2×255 on the Squat
    2×155 on pause bench
    2×255 on déficit deadlift

But finally I don’t compete because of my and administrative problem with the federation

My weight class is between – 100 to – 110 kg it depend because I’m about 103kg all year

It’s raw class but wraps are authorized on the Squat ans junior because I’m 22yo

    ????

I was practicing leg extension and sometimes leg curl with occlusion after a big powerlifting prep which gives me a lot of knee pain and it helped me a lot

Excuse me if my English is bad, I’m from France lol

Thanks a lot mate. How were your numbers in powerlifting? I competed too.

Did you try to train with occlusion band? I think it can help you with your knee pain

GTflex: there are different ways blood can be analysed to assess hormone content. Depending on the method used, the test may ‘see’ nandrolone in the blood and report it as testosterone, if that makes sense?

    Thanks mate!

Nandro can be picked up depending on how they test for androgens

    Blood work guys

So this was on the 400mg npp per day !

So it’s absolutely official that 2.8g nandrolone per week, is less detrimental than 2.8g of test would be! As hematocrit would be crazy , instead of just above range which then is actually perfect for performance, just using ip6 to control it

Hdl really isn’t too bad , I think at 2.8g test , would need letro to control Estro , which would wipe it out totally

So there is no doubts to me now what is the more effective offseason drug.

    So 400/day I don’t like, as I said 300 i really did like.

I want to lower the npp to 250 , and bring in 150 primo , just to make it worth it, less than 1g won’t do much, and even then it may not bring much. But I’m confident the combo will be a nice look

I will take my bergamot and krill even higher again and see if can bring back up my hdl to 0.4 , from there I think I can get it back to 0.8 – 1 in a cruise period no probs , and then have everything in range .

No insulin at all now , I think will have to save the long insulin for after the next mini cut ????

Hi mate, just a question, why is your test level that hight a more than 520 if you are only running on nandro?
