    251.3 today. So yesterdays high day don’t gain any weight on me; but I did feel fuller during training.

    Chris said today’s pics are the best look yet and he’s made some changes to the cycle … add tren e and masteron. Added arimidex and increased proviron.

    Next week he said he’ll lower test and eq but for now they stay high .

    New cycle

    1300 test e , 600 eq, 200 mast e , 200 tren e , 100 proviron, 50 winny, 1 adex , 10 gh

    Delts traps abs today and my shoulders behaved so I had a decent session

    Happy with my look. With 5 weeks to go I’m still on track to show a bigger version this season

    Why Chris wanted to increase proviron to 100? To low shbg?

    Hey buddy. No fat burners needed yet. I don’t like Clen anyway so won’t use

    I really like a lot of the peptides. They help improve everything for sure. My favs probably mot c , ss31, slu, 5 amino , klow, gc1 , methylene blue [/quote]

    So just to confirm , does this look okay for me?

    Obviously I’ve not got a bottomless pit of cash to run crazy stuff 🙂

    So I train at 4am ( running ) and pm session is 2.30pm ( cross training , circuit 1/2 x a week)

    SLU-pp – 3 tabs per day, 2 pre running , 1 pre PM session.

    Itpp – 1 tab pre running / 1 tab Pm session.

    SS31 – 2 mg morning

    Mots c – 1mg morning

    Amino 5 – 1mg morning

    Reta – 0.7 3 x a week.

    Urolithin – 6 caps pre running.

    The oral form of 5 amino has about 1-3% of absorption… thinking on that, if a good dose of the oral 5 amino is 150mg a day, a good dose of the injectable would something like 5mg a day… i am taking that.. pretty good!

    After a couple days of feeling that cycle start to kick in and the increased gh I decided to alter already , as I will be 290 tmo ( after rest day weight increase ) , and I can just feel my training productivity is going to slide, I am still lean at this weight ( lots of water ) , so instead of pushing it harder I’m going to control e2 a fair bit and go the opposite and drop back off as much as I can to maintain performance as much as possible , I think that’s the route to solidify this last bit rather than make training just pure hell for the sake of additional water , so I will go

    1000 test

    1400 primo

    700 mast p

    10iu gh / day split

    All my anabolics are alchemia

    Hey Jordan, how u doing? Bud, both igf (des and lr3) you inject at the muscle you have trained? And if you train legs, for example, this 100mcg is the total or you do 100mcg on hams, another 100 on quads, another 100 on adductor, etc?

    And that’s a wrap, my diet phase is over. Just under 12 weeks of dieting, bodyweight has gone from 127.8kg to 117.3kg, a total of 10.5kg off. Once again the process has been managed effortlessly from Kuba, zero cardio steps between 10-12.5k (some days these were higher) throw in travel to America and a few off plan meals it’s very good going. If I was on prep from here there’s so much more room to push condition and fullness from extra tools not even used. 3 days rest now from the gym, steps 10k daily and food pushed up too. Fatigue is high, but with poor sleep and all the travel last 3 weeks this is a big factor

    What about diet and gear strategy, buddy?

    A kilo drop overnight, visuals this morning reflect that too .. so pleased with that .

    Kuba ordered another day of rest today then back to normal schedule tomorrow. So after work it’s back to binging on mayor of Kingstown again 😊.

    Early night planned , push tomorrow awaits ☺️
