Cable fly x 7 x 6 x 4 into a ton of drops
Lateral x 8 x 7 x 6 x 2 drops
Triceps cable pdown x 12 x 10
Calf x 12 x 6 x 5
Seated calf x 6 x 6
Feeling gd today mentally , feeling pretty positive about what I can do muscle size wise , before I stopped I know I was big , and I know I can surpass that 🙂
