As with anything some will be good and others not, JP got some bits tested by one of the sponsors and the results were v poor but I know others are good

James I have a question that goes back to your last prep.
I remembered you were around 6 weeks out and dropped T3 whilst working with Phil Viz, did you do anything to regain your natural thyroid as fast as possible?
I’m dieting and added 25mcg T3 2 weeks ago with no particular reason, would there be any complications if I would drop it?

What’s the reason you never flat bench in your sessions? Do you believe it doesnt give you much like squats or just prone to shoulder impingement issues?
Asking because I progress really easy on flat bench but always run into shoulder issues whereas with incline free or smith I have no issues but progress is so damn hard and slow it seems.

Jordan, I had a few questions about your leg day. I’ve mimicked the exercise selection since I want to bring up my glutes, I’ve noticed you always have the banded stiff legs almost as last exercise by this point I’m so fatigued I have a really hard time contracting my glutes is it okay to rest 15 mins before starting glutes? and how long does your leg days take 2.5 – 3 hours ?

Jordan on they Whey digestion issue, I had similar issues.
I’ve recently switched to Scitec 100% Whey Protein it has added digestive enzymes in the powder Papain and Bromelain, I digest it very well and the flavor Lemon Cheesecake is by far the best whey I’ve ever tasted.
