Jordan, could you maybe make a video about insulin while dieting/contest prep?
I’ve noticed all of the athletes here on the site use it while dieting but it seems nothing is really explained in depth, for who is it suited and for who not? etc.

Sasan, I’ve looked back in your log and you mentioned you didn’t have an intra shake how did you exactly dose your pre workout insulin? inject… wait 20 mins consume meal and that would cover you for your whole workout? same protocol for post workout I suppose?
What was the exact reasoning for using insulin on every training day and how many weeks out did you start? Couldn’t find explanation on your videos

Whilst you were prepping how did you use insulin on your high days? Would you just shoot 6iu with your pre-workout meal or shoot 6iu with every meal.

Same here Sam, luckily no big order about 150 pounds. I think he got busted by the feds same with D4NET lab, guy had his own facebook page aswell with pictures of all his stock and updates every week when new stock came in.
Now the facebook group is gone…

It depends on your environment, if you reach a certain size you look more stupid denying then actually admitting or not commenting on it at all.
I used to workout in a commercial gym and I would get judged all the time even, now I train at a hardcore gym and either A)No one bothers or B)They’re pretty open about their usage and try to learn from eachother.
