8 days out, weight dropped again on the same food which is a nice place to be, food will almost definitely not need lowered leading into the show now.
Rest day today and after a call with Kuba the call was made to keep off my feet only real output will be posing through the day.
Plan through for tomorrows leg session, last one before the show. Massively scaled back and plenty reps in reserve. We’re in this forum so don’t need to mention how weird it feels knowing it’ll be a 80% effort session.

9 days out
Weight down .2kg this morning, look is definitely improved now I’ve trained push with higher food and presumably winny doing bits along with dropping gh. It’s nice having a pump and feeling a few % fuller
Going to try to get away from work early so I’m not training as late. Only having post workout before bed I can feel the lack of fats in the morning (aka I wake up hungry as a mf)
Push yesterday was exactly as planned. Very good performance but didn’t push myself further than required.
Pull today. Tired after a rocky sleep and some extra stressors at work I didn’t expect but I really enjoy this session especially which makes for something to look forward to.
Feedback this morning was to replicate yesterday again so happy days!

Woke up a kilo heavier but the look is only better. Pulling GH and the inj l-carnitine from today.
In for push today, going to get Kuba some post workout posing pictures which will be interesting as first upper body session since adding food back in, so expecting the look to be quite different.
10 days out. Hammers dropping everywhere, game time, show must go on, final push etc etc all the buzzwords

11 days out and third day maintaining weight. Considering where food is at I’m very happy with the look as it is only getting better and slightly tighter through the lower back as we go. Kuba thinks food will remain here with some extra high days until show day which would be very welcome. Really enjoying the current food set up, at that point after 18+ weeks cooking is down to a fine art.
Winny is now in so interested to see how that changes the look, not something I have ever used before which is always interesting.
Legs yesterday was very very good, but probably too good as hit failure on a couple of sets needing a spot that probably would have been better served not taking the 50/50 rep. Regardless that won’t be happening again until after prep, I am enjoying climbing out of the recovery hole rather than burying myself in it again.
Rest day today so it will be a day of desk work, finishing up the latest MNU lectures and some Diablo 2.

Bodyweight up 0.1kg since upping food yesterday. Todays plan is run exactly the same.
Look is already a smidge better but mentally today is a 180 which was absolutely required. Probably down to actually getting some sleep.
Spent a lot of yesterday feeling quite strange that the “hard part” of digging dieting is finished. I think we as bodybuilders on more old school approaches are used to absolutely hammering it until the end, backing off at 13 days out was a head game.
That being said in for legs today, genuinely looking forward to getting after it as it’s the second last one before show 1. Game time.

It’s a week and you’re using a small amount with longer esters, pin the weeks worth on the day you leave and if you notice any difference you probably need to be more present on your holiday lol.
If you were away for weeks mid blast it might be a different story.

As always just depends who you listen to. Sure there’s lots of information on safer practices, that doesn’t mean people apply them. For as many as there as saying use TRT + Primo there are the same number saying it’s a waste of time and you should bang in a gram of test to grow.
Depends what echo chamber you’re in.

So didn’t expect the call today but our lord and saviour Kuba has decided that today we start peaking at 13 days out. Strange feeling of both relief and disbelief since I didn’t expect it for another few days of digging. But the call was made as it simply didn’t seem worth pushing further
Yesterday was an absolute mess mentally so I am looking forward to starting to feel like a human again 😂

2 weeks out today and another weight drop to 84.7. Despite reduced output still felt like a bag of dicks BUT kept myself distracted so hunger wasn’t as bad as it had been for a few days so that’s a win.
Push session yesterday sucked, but got in and sent it, as we do. Matched numbers from last week although no progressions across the board which I need to be happy with at some point.
Love/hate relationship with the Pannata shoulder press, mostly hate, but felt good yesterday for a change.
Pretty close to being in shape now, glutes holding out for dear life but slowly getting there. The plan was to be in condition early and I think we’re still on track for it.

New low today it 85.3
Yesterday was very challenging mentally and from an energy and hunger point of view. Main thing is just keeping busy but even then it was a struggle on a rest day just on lower food and not having the time in the gym as a distraction.
Kuba has decided to pull output today so minimal steps, we’re also intentionally upping caffeine in the afternoon to try and help with energy and appetite, this will most likely come from an extra serving of CV burn
Pulled Vasoburn as well which will hopefully shift some water, I also think the yohimbine might have been adding to the mental fatigue during the day
In for push today, no expectations but training recently has been the highlight of the day so I have hope this will also be decent
Side note: went to see DC League of Superpets, highly recommended for those who like a funny film, definitely enough laughs to stop me thinking about COR for a couple hours

In my opinion back end of prep the extra few carbs and fats in the vegan whey will make a difference when every variable counts.
Whey iso will never mix as well/volumise as much as a vegan whey or even a concentrate/blend (casein is the goat for volume/consistency imo). It is slightly better in oats if you let the oats cool first before adding, or use frozen berries to do that quickly).
Ultimately as unfun as it sounds end of prep food volume and taste are less important than just getting the quantities of food PERFECT.

Another drop today, 85.5kg. Waiting for glutes and a bit of lower back to pull through. I’ve far, far surpassed previous best condition so just at that point of getting fat off that’s never been off before.
Legs yesterday was very good considering where energy levels are through the day. No reps lost although no major progressions either. The Watson pendulum is an unforgiving machine, can’t say I’m a fan but needs must.
Decided to go a few days without social media (ironic logging in here I know) but feel the break will help while we’re doing the final dig. I’ve been very good at avoiding the comparison mindset but I think that’s also largely because I haven’t seen any competitors post about also doing the class. Either way I think having that mental break can only be a benefit. Probably the biggest driving factor is to avoid seeing/talking about food. Going off plan is (obviously) NEVER an option for me at this point however the last week or so food focus has been very intense. Seeing the usual cookies and burgers shared and/or people asking about how hungry I am on Instagram is currently serving no purpose.
Mindset growth has definitely been the biggest takeaway from the last 17+ weeks since prep started, I firmly feel in control of my emotions in a new way which is a huge win regardless of getting on stage and fully cemented how much I love the process around bodybuilding and being an ‘athlete’ rather than necessarily the physical results themselves.
