You should never do anything agressive.
If you wanna preserve mood, energy, muscles, you might always do things slowly.
But It you got very important exams, I would personnally don’t do a deficit rn.
Most important at this age is those students exams, so focus on this as they are open doors to your adult life.
Deficit can wait after.
And I didn’t see any picture of you; so probably doing a deficit is not what you should do visually either.
