You can incorporate conditioning work in a concurrent Training model (like conjugate), but the Focus needs to stay on the big 3. Pushing frequency is an option, but that means that you need to check your intensity. 2 or more Times a week maxing on squats are going to wreck your body. Try a program like 5th Set to get your technique right. Or Use one of the Programs laid out by RTS if you want higher frequency.
You have a decent amount of time…the simplest way World be to Start a Block periodization starting at Sets for 10 Down to 8 to 5 to 3s and then a peaking cycle. The Juggernaut Method would be an easy option for that.
Assistance can be performed in a low volume high intensity fashion, but the closer you get, the less important that will be. Same goes for conditioning. If you want to participate in different sports in a year and be competitive then you need to structure your training in phases.
And if you struggle with that hire a Coach…this can be a great opportunity to learn.Hope this helps…feel Free to drop more questions

It takes time man. Even if you start out with a low wage as a PT, there is a lot to be learned in “the trenches”. For now, your maybe know stuff that is working for you, but people differ. Not just their respective bodies, but also their mindset. By working as a PT you find out new ways for different people, which in return is going to help your own journey.
You are also going to build a customer list and after some time (this could be years) of doing a good job, you get recommended to others. Some of them are going to stick with you, some will drop off, but over time you can move some in person clients to an online approach.
But you need time and patience for that. It’s Kind of earning your stripes.
Also do not charge too much in the beginning. Get educated, do the best job you can and give the whole process time.
If you are good and have a passion, you maybe will be having success, but you are going to have progress either way
