out of the 2 id opt with a good quality coffee ????

Hey Cameron. Usually both sit well with me and I train at around 6.30pm so not too late as you said before. Ok il stick to coffee as much as I can out of the 2 when I need it. Any recommendations of when to completely cut this stuff out? Say around 2 weeks out?
Thanks

Hi @wotti
Not new gear. It’s defo less than 2/3 days ago but just annoying. Icing it regularly know which seems to help with pain and swelling size so will carry on with this as well as ibuprofen. Only thing is I compete in 5 weeks so don’t want it to mess me up!
Thanks
5weeks is absolutely no problem, ibuprofen works wonders for this issues.
If its no infection, you’ll be fine soon. But as the pain is gone, it seems g2g.
Just keep icing and some ibuprofen against inflammation

Hi JDH
thanks for the advice. I thought it was this too as I had something similar in my left tricep a few weeks ago. No fever at all or symptoms so far, pain has gone down significantly, it’s just the swelling, redness and slight tightness of the skin.
Thanks again

Sorry to answer for Corinne but I know how busy she is. It’s like any tool you have. Don’t exhaust it too early. This is my opinion on it. I have clients get far into a fat loss phase through diet and cardio before adding any fat loss aids like yohimbine etc.

Thanks Haider, will leave it out for now.

it doesn’t need cycling as receptors don’t down regulate, i keep intake away from carbs and start at 10mg/day , adding 5mg doses ontop uptil 30mg max. this is person dependant and may cause anxiety at that dose, so be sensible and careful. prime nutritions uk stockist sell it

Hi Corinne, since receptors don’t down regulate, would it be ideal to introduce yohimbine on day 1 of cut, or wait till fat loss stalls? Thank you

Hi all, was hoping if you could tell me your experience of when to start using Yohimbine for cutting – do you wait till fat loss stalls and you are relatively lean, or do you start taking it day 1 when cut begins? Thank you!

Hey guys, as part of a cut, should Yohimbine be taken when fat loss stalls or can it be a few weeks into the cut? Thanks

Thank you for your thoughts, I completely agree with taking small steps and will implement more as motivation increases
Corinne I am so sorry! I checked your name 4 times before realizing I made a mistake! Silly brain of mine haha
I have put him on a plan now of just under 2000kcals with clean food and monitoring the scale daily. Will see results at the end of the week and make changes accordingly.Trust the process.

Thanks for reaching out Corrine! Please ask away anything that may help, I have attached a photo if this helps. The majority of the fat sits on his stomach. His arms and legs are quite skinny in comparison.
He does eat a lot of junk food – crisps and biscuits around the house, not so much takeaways (2 McDonalds a week)
