(new form is absolutely amazing, been arching my lower back thinking that was me hinging in the squat like a fkn dumbass)

GHD core hold sit up hold idk – did a hold for a decent time – thought yup ill do another hold and bang insane cramp so nah it was fucked
Leg curl 40kg 8r 55kg 5r really fkn good with the new pelvis controlling
SL leg ext 50kg 5r 40kg 8r plate loaded hammer str gear is fkn hard lol
body weight pump donkey raises
did all my pre warm ups etc warmed up core hammys / glutes / hips etc.

SL leg press 125kg 2s6rCouple elite powerlifters watched me train this morning noticed that my pelvis control is really bad hence the 3rd set on legcurl,
So going to be focusing on that coming into this comp, along with lowbar squats. And alot of upper back training.
If i can total 700kg+ on my first powerlifting comp with 6months of training ill be fkn stoaked.
Any info on supplements/peds for me or any advice in general will be much appreciated.

going to give PPL a go – rest days will be determined on ability of recovery. Currently on 500mg test w/ aromasin 25pw – might load in some more or some mast/primo well see.
