    ive not specifically heated my whey, but occasionally, I would put a shot (or two…) of espresso into my shake which would make it warm.
    Or putting powder into oats then making my oats and its never really been a problem but id never like tested it or anything to see if it damages to protein???

    I thought this might be the case – seen some accounts where people have had their hgh tested and it was actualy just igf-1 (don’t know how true thought)

    JUST TO HIGHLIGHT FOR EVERYBODY, ACCORDING TO MYNAMEISJEFF, THERE ARE ALOT OF BUNK/FAKE PFIZER/PHARMA HGH KITS COMING OUT OF TURKEY SO DONT BUY THEM
    (pretty sure I pointed that out in my opening statement but just to confirm that…)

    Any way if anybody actually wants to help with the above question at hand that would be magical. This post will not get deleted lol.

    Not thrilled to see that my posts disappeared with the thread… Why do I bother posting here (with references provided and all) if it just gets deleted hours later.

    yes you pointed out I was “Mr gullible” and they were fake. therefore I deleted the post because you had answered my question. maybe if you want that information back out you could make your own post of your findings…
    having used your information/advice, I’ve asked if there was another option as I didn’t want to risk taking bunk hgh and that generics were a slightly safer option, as pointed out, and I’ve been told that the other product at current available is hygetropin. so, I’m currently asking as stated above:
    1) is that as much as a risk
    2) would there be any point putting it in my prep.

    yeah that’s why I gave it a miss, even though the gain off it is apparently insane.

    yeah give the yk11 a go, just find a good source for it, see how it goes

    currently trying it now. the capsules I take are a mix of yk11 and epicatechin (similar style product to yk11)

    I take it about 30 mins before I train. I have noticed a slight increase in strength and yes pump is better using it. my weight has fluctuated the last 2 weeks since doing it, but I am also in a deficit diet at the start of show prep but im in a calorie deficit eating on point no cheating etc, my weight is staying balanced but markers like photos and calipers show I positive difference….

    I think probably best to ask someone who’s natural that uses it to see what response they get from taking it. I, like yourself, was curious to give it a try.

    I did really want to try proper follistatin, but even the ‘chemist’ who made it said at the cost per ml and required dose to add serious tissue, its stupidly expensive, plus it has to have a viral tag on it so the system doesn’t over power it, so when using it you will have a flu like virus but you still need to train and eat so most fail on it.

    I think if you have the spare £40 it costs, give it a try. I suppose the proof in the pudding will come after you stop taking it to see if you are able to keep what you gain, as it claims to allow.

    you could, but I’ve seen it best done with faster ethers, for example:
    taking say test enth, but start the cycle with prop to get it in and running
    taking tren entanth and front loading with ace
    you see where im going with this?

    I’ve done it before but then the oils school method is front load with orals.

    you can go higher dose at first then taper down but I don’t see that being the right idea, because it doesn’t change the release time of the drug from the oil? so the father ether makes more sense…

    ok, so do you have a physical job?

    again, everybody would have a slightly different aporach to this, but genrerally speaking, your goal is to drop as much excess weight (water and fat) as you can now as your prepping. the only time your going to ‘need’ carbs in your diet will be before during and after training for fuel and to replenish your muscles. so it makes sence to save the majority of your carbs till then. but its personal.
    I would have you having like egg whites post training, maybe a bit of nut butter, keep it protein and fats, then push the carbs back to later in the day.

    does that make sence? no doubt Corrine with jump in and whatever she says, do that im a no body lol. but from what ive done and with the odd client ive had compete, this has been whats worked with them. but everyones different. my boss competed afew years ago, and she was on high carb in the back end of prep and was still able to get pealed!! it was crazy, watching her eat rice cakes and potatoes and getting ripped lol (natural as well might I add!)

    tren is great for that, AS LONG AS your diet and training is in check 🙂 your not gonna magically take it and drop fat lol.
    as time goes on youll experiment, youll find what your sweet spot for dosages is, what your fav combos are, what gives you sides, what doesn’t. me personally, ive gone high test, high tren, mast, equipoise, prop, ive tried ment and only thing that really gave me side affects (gyno) was deca. even at a lowish dose (600/week) so yeah you get to play around, if the money situation allows you lol.

    just keep dosages as low as you can for as long as you can would be the main advice. id rather have 3-4 compunds and low to medium does rather than 2-3 compounds at high dosages. but that’s just me. I know guys that just stick to sustanon and deca and they happy.

    some pharmas use different oils in their products: does the bottle or the lil box it should have come in, say what the oils are? if they both have the same oil in them, then 1 of them isn’t deca lol
    only way to know would be to get it profiled….

    id keep all my carbs for pre weights, intra weight sand post weights. all other meals high protein medium fat. but all depends on what your used to. do morning cardio on bcaa or eaa’s only, then wait 30 minutes then have your breakfast moving forward. assuming your weights session in several hours after your morning cardio, unless ive misread your post?

    maybe try switching exercises?
    im yet to see someone who does heavy rows, deads, chins or close grip benches who have small arms.

    im in same boat, my arms seem out of proportion to rest of my body, and ive done arm days, heavy lifting, light weight high volume, all sorts, but, once I added in chins and close grip benches in the 6-8 rep range, they started to grow. id add in a cable press and seated db curl widow set once a week of 20 reps, just to get some blood in there.

    but yeah, if you got a respectable bench, row and deadlift, youll have some pipes!!

    alternative option:
    buy a weights vest, go up and down your stairs. assuming your aiming for steady state.
    intervals? sprint up your stairs,
    sounds stupid, but you get a 30kg weights vest, and maintain a steady 30 minute pace up and down your stairs….

    if you live in a bungalow, unlucky lol
    if you live in a flat, use the staircase in the block

    I have done 600 primo 500 tren 400 test and done alright whilst I was recomping, but, primo is expensive to get, its low dose so you need high volume of oil and getting reliable sources can be an issue, because of the cost of the raw materials. at the time I was running 3iu humatrope as well so yeah I got lean muscle and dropped fat but that was summer prep and was lucky I came into some dollar to do it lol.

    in terms of what I said previous and saying youd swap the test and tren doses around, do some research, high tren low test is better in terms of the effect. its just a lot of people struggle with tren (sweats, anger etc). I don’t mind the sweats and I don’t get roid rage lol.

    sometimes pushing test high isn’t always the answer….
