    I take 1200mg with my preworkout and I find that it enhances my mind-muscle connection and focus! A great addition imo

    I understand that completely. I’m self coached and was hoping for some last minute advice (I didn’t need it, woke up exactly as I wanted to. Very dry and just a touch flat as I’ll reintroduce sodium 90min out and some water as I pump.)

    I did a natural water flush.

    Water:
    – 7l water per day all week
    – 7th l down by 6pm Friday
    – sipping coffee Saturday morning until bowel movement
    – reintroduce water before stage

    Sodium:
    – 8g sodium/day all week
    – 6g sodium in 3hr prior to last 2l of water

    Food:
    -baseline diet through Wed
    – 150p 480c 40f Thur
    – 120p 400c 50f Fri
    – today is show day, nothing until 90min out

    Diuretics:
    – 2 xpel with each meal
    – 1g vit c with each meal

    Supps:
    – 4g Magnesium Citrate before bed
    – 25mg CBD AM/pre stage

    Have you considered Proviron? 50mg of Proviron could help you out quite a bit and would be much easier on the bloods

    I’d recommend Jordan’s video on taking a step back with anabolics. 500mg is a test dose that a lot of people are very happy with, feel good on, and can see great results. Perhaps look into running the same dose in your next cycle while looking to make improvements in terms of nutrition and training execution

    Look for GlycerPump it HydroMax. A much more refined produce so you won’t need as much to get the desired result. Too much glycerol can have a laxative Effect.

    My Dad actually runs 25mg Proviron year round as a part of his hrt. I may be completely off bazar, but he’s been on hrt over a year and his blood work is routinely spot on. Mind you he keeps to his prescribed dose, but so far so good. If I had it, I’d use it.

    On another note. Right now there are millions of people battling with cancer and suffering horrible side effects from chemo and/or radiation therapy. Many of them will have to continue treatment for the rest of their few remaining years. And you seriously talk about having to “bite the bullet and crack on” and whine about how hard it’s gonna be to take a pill a day for a couple of months, stay on TRT, and to follow basic rules of personal hygiene? Get a fucking grip.

    Just because someone else may have greater struggles, it does not diminish the ones in your personal life. Recommending someone to “get a grip” over something that is obviously effecting them negatively is just about useless buddy 🙂

    So if your looking leaner but weight goes down slowly why do you cut calories again ?
    Refeed is only necessary if the performance in the gym goes down too early (I think at the end of prep nearly everyone lose a little bit of strength)

    The thing that threw me was the fact that I’m actually up .4lbs from when I started dieting. I dropped a bit in the beginning, then started to maintain or slowly gain. However my look was improving. I pulled food down a touch just to see if I could get the scale to budge, but so far still not much at all.

    My plan is to monitor recovery and judge pictures. I’m very happy with the progress that I’m making, it’s just different then any prep experience I’ve had in the past

    Imo reefed is needed when performance dips and when you start getting too flat ???? or drop too quick.
    If any of above is fine you don’t warrant extra food

    Try adding in 20-30min of walking on the treadmill 3-4 days a week. Nothing crazy, just enough to get the heart rate up. Should be enough to help keep bp in check and may even help with your appetite as you push up

    It depends on your level of experience. Some coaches will give you the plan and expect it to be followed, others are very involved and will do their absolute best to control every variable (Phil) it all depends on the type of client you are. If you have less experience or have never been in great shape, I’d be more inclined to work with Phil

    That comes down to how you’re progressing. If you’re ahead you may be able to pull back a bit, but it’s completely individual. I’ve had a prep where I was working on a flight line for 12hr a day 5-6 days a week, and I still peaked at 90min cardio with 3 hiit sessions. Most recently I got in shape never going over 45min cardio. It’s all about how your body is responding

    I’ve only had my hands on quality primo once but it was 100mg Amps, very thick, lots of pip. Kind of just a dull ache. If it’s inflamed and warm to the touch you may need to get that checked out
