    I’d cruise and let everything stabilize. However 300mg is a great first cycle. 4-6 weeks at a cruise and you could look to make another push. I’d keep the test dose the same and look at adding another compound at a mild dose

    I agree with Clare 100% contest prep wont be healthy considering the chemical enhancement, over reaching in the gym, and extremely low calorie intake. Do what must be done within what you’re comfortable with. If the diet or drugs make you uncomfortable, just talk to your coach and express your concerns. A good coach will explain the situation or try to adapt for you.

    Cheating on the diet won’t help. However, putting on body fat will make you feel better. Let’s face it, the level of conditioning that we (should be) striving for is not a healthy/comfortable place for the body to be in. You’re going to hurt as long as you’re making progress. Embrace it if you can.

    A little THC here and there helps!

    I like Citrus Bergamot 1g fasted AM and before last meal on an empty stomach. (2g daily)

    500mg flush niacin

    3g omega-3 AM/PM (6g daily)

    Curcumin 1g

    MPA supps has a few cardiovascular supps, but they’re expensive. Probably a bit easier on the wallet if you just get whatever ingredients you need

    It’s hard man. I wish there was a way to make it not hurt, but your output is probably at an all time high while your intake is near an all time low. You’re lean and the leaner you get, the worse you feel.

    I personally become very reflective as I near the end of a contest prep. Think about what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Everyday single morning remind yourself of what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. This is hard and it sure as hell isnt for everyone, but if you can stick it out and finish strong I promise you won’t regret it

    Senna the night before the show helps me go to the bathroom the next morning! Other then that just nail your diet, train hard, and relax! The work is almost done. Make the absolute most of these last few days, you’re going to miss them after the show

    In my personal experience, I feel better and I get stronger on mast. I do notice that it brings a certain hardness about, but that obviously comes with conditioning.

    1) feel good
    2) stronger
    3) doesn’t mess with my hair
    4) it does mess with my lipids a bit

    If you’re a male, then asking a woman what she’s done to take care of her hair on gear probably won’t do much for you as hormonally, we’re very different. If you have a predisposition for male pattern baldness then gear (especially dht derivatives) could speed that process up. I’ve seen guys without mpb start to have their hair thin on cycle, but it typically fills back in during their down time.

    In my opinion, side effects act as a warning sign as to what’s going on inside your body. If your hair is falling out, can’t control blood pressure, or something is messing with your mental state, I think it may be a good time to cruise/pct. just my two cents!

    Only one of my female clients is on gear. As far as things she uses to combat hair loss, shes currently supplanting with DIM, methyl folate, biotin shampoo, and evening primrose. I personally don’t advise any women on their cycle because I don’t feel that I have the knowledge. That’s just what she’s been doing and she seems happy with the way her body is progressing!

    I’m personally a huge fan of prepare, however I’m in the States and I’ve only managed to get my hands on one tub. Celluvol by MPA, Nitrox by ProjectAD, and the pump product from “like a pro” is great. I believe it’s Jeff Long’s line. Just my personal opinion! Right now I’m using nitrox and I add 1g alpha GPC and 1g tyrosine.
