    I’d say that they are solid guidelines. Based on your goals (weight loss or weight gain) I’d suggest implementing the number provided and seeing how your body changes over the next 2 weeks. If you’re gaining too fast, pull back. If you’re not gaining enough, add food. The diet planner creates a custom diet, but it’s obviously not tailor made for you. It will certainly give you a solid starting point to learn your own body

  • I personally do not use a GDA with my pre-workout meal as I want the elevated blood sugar in a training environment.

    I’d drop the chromium for 500mg of Berberine and you’re good to go!

    Very effective! Should be taken away from carbs (before fasted cardio is perfect) seems to work better for individuals who are already fairly lean. It’s cheap and you should be able to get 120 5mg caps from Nutricost for $20-25

    The way I use yohimbine is by introducing a fat burner (shreddabull by ProjectAD) which contains yohimbine, then I add an additional 5mg weekly until I reach the highest dose that I can handle without sides (typically around 25-30mg)

    Can cause anxiety, elevated blood pressure, and mild water retention. I always drop it 72 hours before stage and I’m good to go!

    How does your body react to the sugar intake? Myself personally, i notice digestive distress and lethargy when my sugar intake is too high. Certainly not a scientific answer, just something that ive noticed in myself.

    I suppose the higher sugar intake could lend itself to lessened insulin sensitivity, but someone more intelligent then myself would need to expand on that.

    I have a few answers and a few questions:
    What type of test? I’m assuming C or E, I’ve personally had the most stable bloods pinning 2x week.

    What are you using the dbol for? I know a lot of people like to “kickstart” their cycle with an oral, but I’d like to offer a different line of thinking: save your dbol until you hit a plateau, then blast through that plateau with your oral (I prefer anavar, easier on the lipids)

    Your arimidex dosage depends entirely on how prone you are to aromatization. I’ve personally used up to 3mg of Adex to stay within range while on 500mg, but I’ve had clients using .5mg twice a week on the same does of test. Long story short, get blood work done and then make adjustments.

    If you can’t use any additional stim, I’d recommend Celluvol by MPA. 7g cittruline, 5g hydromax, and 600mg alpha GPC. I don’t consume any caffeine and this has been my go-to

    Stupid question but Iv notices while on this cycle my hair at the front seems to gone a lot thinner , will it grow back or is that it gone forever ?

    I typically lose some hair while on and a few weeks after, it always slows and I’ve never noticed a difference in my hair. Genetics and predetermination for male pattern baldness do play into this heavily.
