I would be surprised to hear if SG stuff was bunk tbh.

0 effect from 200mg anadrol is very suspect I defo have to agree with you. I’d expect huge pumps and absolute dog shit appetite on that dosage lol.

I figure i will find out soon about the tren, i pinned 1000mg today so i should feel something within a few days [/quote]

So show picked, pca first timers end of September, this gives me a week left of my mini cut, 12 weeks off season, then a 20 week prep. Doing a long prep as it’s my first prep and my coach wants to take things nice and slow. Current physique pics gonna be uploaded now, 3 weeks into mini cut and 18lbs down I’m guessing we’ll end it at 20lbs down by Sunday, to then move back into the end of the off season.

cheers mate, onwards and upwards. the longer i trrain the more effective its becoming aswell so progress seems to come quicker. lockdowns been a blessing in disguise, pulling back to minimal equipments really improved my ability to get the most out of movements available in terms of execution, which will transfer over well when were finally back to gyms.

I don’t see a big issue with you being in an off season and like Clare said a lot of things can affect fluctuations sleep, training stress, not enough fluids, lots of time of your feet, salt, higher output, it’s not a big deal in an off season at all

Fluctuating weight in bulk is normal also depends when you have your last meal pre bed and when you weigh yourself in the morning . I would weigh myself same daytime morning empty stomach 7 days a week if it doesn’t trigger you and then summarize at the end of the week then divide through 7 to have a good compareable weight

Yeah that makes sense also, weighing everyday doesn’t bother me mentally just part of my routine

I don’t see an issue with this. The fluctuations are only by a few pounds either way. Your output changes will have some influence, as will any inflammation from training the previous day, water retention from poor sleep/stress/time spent on your feet, slight changes in sodium/water intake.
I would focus on your weekly average and assess any changes you may need to make based on this data, as opposed to worrying about small daily fluctuations during a gaining phase.

So compare every 7th day making adjustments from that, I think this is a great idea will do that.
