Hi Henry, as it is the often I don’t mind eating a little more calories. This is a Pro Fat meal and the chicken thighs contain more fat than the breast. I do switch between the two but obviously if I’m eating chicken breast I will add additional fats to the meal in usually the form of olive oil. Obviously with the chicken thigh being higher in fat this is not required. I prefer the flavour and texture of thigh but I do switch between the two during the offseason! Do you prefer chicken breast or boneless chicken thigh?

I do prefer thigh, but always stuck to breast as it’s the ‘norm’ in this game. I have tried heck chicken burgers recently which are a bit higher in fat than breast they’re pretty good -

You look great in the picture. Good place to start from. I personally use loveheart and curecoming from the TrainedbyJP Range, also use the heart, liver and kidney stacks from supplement needs. That’s all to keep myself as healthy as possible while on and off cycle. Your starting on a good simple low dose so you probably won’t see many side effects but maybe keep an eye out for any aromatization side effects. Keep us posted if anything happens and we will try our best to guide you in the right direction!

Thanks, any idea when love heart will be back in stock, hoping to start my cycle end of August/first week of September going to start my gaining phase naturally for first 4 weeks then add it in so will need everything around then, thanks -

Love heart and liver stack from JP and supp needs should be cool for dosage backed up with a good multi vit and omega oil.
Kidney stack maybe overkill but as stated get blood work done prior to beginning your cycle to see where everything is at baseline level to refer back to at the mid or end of your cycle and for when you try and bring things back in range.
Nolvadex is always handy if any side effects occur from high estrogen but these should be minimal at said dose.
Cure coming is a great supp to use year round natty or assisted for inflammation control and recovery.

Ok top of what the guys I’ve mentioned above of also add in lipsomal q10 from supplement needs that helps improve heart function and oxidative damage that leads to muscle fatigue & skin damage. I’d have this alongside glutathione which you can also get at supplement needs which will again help reduce oxidative stress caused by free radicals.

Oh boy this is an amazing base to start from. Looking great mate.
I would see a doctor before and do a health check up and get bloodwork done to make sure everything is ok and also afterwards.
250mg of test a week shouldn’t have a lot of negative side effects but you can never be wrong like haider said with love heart, cure-coming, kidney and blood presse stack and liver stack.
Thanks mate, deffo going to purchase the stack, cure coming and love heart as everyone recommended, recently had a check up at doctors but am gonna invest in blood work.
