I will explain a little more , to be helpful , instead of just getting frustrated .
Training is a constant auto regulation , to bring about a novel stimulus. I am a huge believer that low volume, focusing on high intensity is the fastest way to do this, you can train at high frequency, you can get strong very fast and that strength coupled with a surplus builds tons of muscle
As a beginner , training at the highest frequency possible is key, so full body training , once you have built 2 or so years of muscle , an upper lower split is then applicable as body parts need more volume than previous. However volume is still low , and therefore intensity is still high. Again let’s nail a couple years here, and we get to push pull leg variations volume per body part increases but volume is still low ish. At this point driving strength is still absolutely key , accumulating volume really isn’t necessary just for the sake of it, you will just hinder your ability to get crazy strong .
Again fast forward a period of time and body parts need to be split up again, more volume again. At this point it becomes harder to keep gaining strength and then focusing on total work through accumulating volume is a more logical option, rir is the most logical way to accumulate maximal work.Through this process, volume goes up and down depending on recovery , intensity goes up and down depending on recovery : extending sets with PR is a great tool , if recovery Permits.
I really hope posts like this show the bigger picture that there isn’t a system, or a method , but just logical alterations within someone’s needs and recovery capabilities . Page 94 ????.
this is worth more then the yearly subscription fee! thank u jordan!

HI Peter, notice u have change yr split fm the beginning of yr log, any reason for the changes?
Hi Henry
I was getting tendinitis and felt having that specific Arm day may of bean the cause of it so I dropped it out.
Ive always had an arm day but this switch does seem to have reduced the symptoms massively so needs must.
Thank you Peter! Been using split with different arms day. Lately, the sore elbows are taking longer to recover. Might consider placing arms into upper body days.
