as long as the natural can recover well , i dont see any problem training the same as enhanced.

Great to se u here Dr Scott. It’s true Kiefer is a really good salesperson better then a few others who was also recycling the idea of carb back loading:) one of which was Jason Ferrugia’s Renegade Diet.

Hi Peter, read in another thread of yr carb back loading, is it the same as john kiefers way? do you think carb backloading is good for recomping?

Hi JP, how do u gauge what Weight to use for 2nd set of the exercise? For me, Some exercises same reps as 1st set even after weight reduction.

yes rest , if u cant wait to workout, just train the legs.

I’ve tried both DC and fortitude. I like Fortitude more as the weekly program keeps me fresh with the Load/ pump / MRS rotations.
