Hi Kuba, awesome YT channel you have. I do not hav wrist cuff, so will be using normal cable handles for 1 arm crossbody pull down., am I suppose to use a supinated grip or neutral grip?
Semi supinated is best, you can’t really do it properly with just a d handle so order some cuffs online[/quote]
