    Hi mate,

    How new are you to lifting weights?

    If you are still early in your physical development, give some consideration to running a full body split.

    If you’re wedded to upper/lower, have you checked out the educational videos ?

    Hi, I’ve been training for almost three years, the past six months I have been doing fb, but know I wanted to change my split, I know a little bit of the basics of high frequency but i want to nail downs exercise sequence and adequate volume for this new split

    i have a second rotation but my question is if changing the back movements sequency is ok in my second rotation or if its neccesary to change the excercises for other ones? i have picked a t bar row for my upper back, machine lat row, and a machine for lat pulldowns.
