Eyy Luke I just seen the videl uploaded by Fouad Abiad posing a lit in the gym, you look enormous buddy so can you post your current cycle with details, don’t have you a post-workout shake like a ISO or hydrolized beef or casein (Peptopro), for Jordan too, guys really you like those GIANT SERIES? Make sense for you? I think we lost about 20% output connecting all those exercises. This thread defo will be amazing and very interesting Thank you guys.

Hi Corinne! In first time thanks to answer! I just gave a quick answer/question to a Jordan post talking about RPG of Redcon1 and told on it that I will post it here! 🙂 so thank you for you attention again I really appreciate it. This shake is my post-workout shake:
25g of Dextrose
30g of Isolate whey protein
80g of Oats (today I put 120g)
5g of Creatine monohydrateadding with this shake 2 softgels of Omega 3 (360mg EPA and 240mg DHA) and 1 softgel of Evening Primrose Oil (120mg GLA)
I do now 3 meals prior workout taking 11g of fat in each one! I feel good dropping dextrose from 50g to 25g and increasing OATS to 120g glycemia today was normally 109mg/dL blood sugar no hypo symptoms. Thanks so much Corinne!

Jordan, after reviewing your Journal can’t find any RED MEAT source for your protein intake, is this issue by something in special? Can find blue fish, protein powder, chicken etc but not RED MEAT, keep pushing big JP I’m pretty sure good things will coming! 🙂

Defo James has improved a lot, I compared that two pics in Jordan IG stories with some shots of Diamond Cup where the Sr. Jordi Zafra took it and earned his PRO card! Your current kcal intake is about 3200kcal rest days and about 5600kcal training days, so how many kcal you gonna drop when you gonna start dieting!

I talk about my experience and yes Trenbolone don’t kick my appetite for example eq (boldenone) don’t increase my appetite absolutely! And repeat I talk about my personal experience! And keep saying that cyproheptadine is a crappy product like Mosegor (pzotifen)

Marcello I taken a similar medicament, it sold here in Spain as Dynamogen, contain 3mg of cyproheptadine a-cetoglutarate with 1g of arginine aspartate, in my personal opinion this is a really crappy product, I experimented better results using Trembolone acetate. And yep it produce drowsiness enough! Let’s see what Jordan opine about it!

Jordn are you used C3G? Cyanidin-3-glucoside, I read about its ability to decrease blood glucose levels, and its ability to not hinder muscle protein synthesis at the same time… recently the the Blackstone Labs biochemist @theguerrilachemist post one pic about Camu Camu fruit… a lot of us know that Camu Camu fruit has a big amount of L-ascorbic acid but ai think that guy is interested in the amount of Anthocyanin in the Camu Camu cover!
