    Jordan if I not wrong in the past the pharmaceutical company knowing as Wyeth released a GDF-8 inhibitor MYO-029 but they stopped the production because they arguments were “Not significant improve about strength and muscle development”

    In the past one research compared 3 compounds agents, were GDF-8, Antibody ActRIIA & ActRIIB and the ACE-083 this last one show the better increase of lean muscle not seen previously in the others muscle compounds.

    Christoph that’s sound interesting and can confirm what my Russian friend told me too but really I don’t know if is rumor or what! But defin look pretty interesting 🙂

    Marcello Alfonsi, yep 02 gym are amazing but that last you commented for me is an irrelevant thing, you only take a look on JP he hasn’t PT hahaha and of course he doesn’t need it, in this world (bodybuilding) are 2 types of people, the people that only want to compete and wanna look great in front of the mirror and the other people that want to be smarter (sport knowledge terms), love all about physiology and sport nutrition (that is not simple, maths, biochemical issues, etc…) defo people that want the why’s of things, we have a perfect examples Jordan and Corinne.

    Mark J I can’t find the post in what Jordan talk about “other stuff access in Kuwait” in that case what do you meaning talking about other stuff access, a lot of people talking about the magic of Kuwait, recently a good friend of mine from Russia told me they have a lot of biomedical scientist doing researchs and improving a lot of concepts, In my opinion I don’t believe they have a magic tricks… so I know they eat very well eating a very good food sources… and taking a good quality supps and gear! But they are not magicians 😛 waiting the boss aka JP opinion!

    Hi Jordan, I have seen the video Post-Workout meal time, and budd 340g of carbs is a lot of food, then my question is how many time you spend eating you PWO meal? When my food intake is too much and feel no hungry I easy take about 30-35min eating it but when I feel so hungry I can eat it very fast, you know!

    I agree with Jordan, paper and pen is the most effective tools to log your weights and your reps range, I don’t use smartphones to log my progressive workouts overload, an smartphone can breakdown the battery by a unspected issue for example and then where you log your workout? If your pen don’t have ink is more probably find another pen in the gym office 😉

    No mate, I’m from Spain, Canary Islands close to Morocco! But we’re Spanish! I have seen Jordan IG stories and maannn you should see how Jordan control that heavy T-Rows definitely Jordan is one of the strongest man that I ever seen, he always and say always do a strict movements no matters how heavy are he always dominates. Jordan is definitely a very very inspirational and motivational guy I wanna meet him in a no far future

    So I read about the taking of Insulin together with GH the synergy of both hormones will produce a secretion of IGF-1 in majority part in the liver second tissues like heart, kidneys and lunges… the secretion of IGF-1 would be delayed by malnutrition, the common levels on humans rounded about 30mcg per day.
