And another cuestion! What do you think about to use mesterolone in the cycles? I think is a good option to powerful the testosterone effects and other drugs. Not have high anabolic level but it androgenic level is too high, not aromatise and block the aromatase production! Benefits like least water retention and I think is too recommended to don’t get gyno. Don’t forget the choc pancake Jordan for these hungry days hahaha

Jordan you gonna leave NPP now, until the end of the prep? Or just gonna down the NPP dosages and shots per week? Nandrolone in any esters retains a lot of water compared with others drugs… you don’t like use boldenone undecylenate than NPP? Maybe can aromatise more than NPP, usually to estradiol, but have better androgenic balance in my opinion!

Well Jordan 5 days off training is good to get a properly recovery, then I understand you bodyweight now is 273? Hey Jordan, I’m happy to read this, I’m pretty sure that you will improve your conditioning for 2017 NABBA, often many things happends unfourtunately so don’t worry in mayority aspects you was dominate the Class 3! I think that is a personally issue for us bring our best ever! 273 Is good mate! I saw your Row Machine video this afternoon on IG and also read that you will put up your calories 🙂 HIT + Caloric overcompensation about you metabolic rate is the best way! Well! Connor not necessary you need to be in a caloric deficit to drop fat, if you do every day one session of cardio in a 60-70% range of you max frexuency (HR). This way to do cardio activate 2 possible metabolic ways; thermogenesis and lipolisis if you go out to this 60-70% range your body starting to consume plasmatic glucose, glycogen and in the deficit of these to last, your body starting to degrading your muscle protein to obtain energy, why happend this? So is to complicate for the body inducing to start the thermogenesis and lipolisis when you are demanding an elevate grade of bpm this is because that for your body is to easily to obtain energy from hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen too then your body doesn’t stop to start a hard process as thermogenesis or lipolisis. In my opinion you need to recalculate your metabolic rate! Restructure you diet based on your new daily calories demand and do one session of 30min of cardio as I mentioned you, every day. For example Jordan prefeer to train in a low volume and high frecuency tip but he says it is the best way personally for him. I’m personally train in a low to medium-high volume training and high frecuency the first 3 weeks and the next week I train in a low volumen and low frecuency (only 3 days per that week) with very high intensity, resting 4 days but doing my sessions of cardio the whole week, and then I start with the same method. Well Jordan your brought the best physique in a Class 3 of NABBA contest, for my humble opinion the point that need more enphasis for the 2017 NABBA prep is the shape! Obviously you was a winner that day but that isn’t define that you maybe can shown a more dryer physique specifically in your lower body quads and for rear poses your hamms looked soft, this is a humble and constructive critic to try help you to bring your best in 2017 NABBA contest. I’m learn a lot of knowledge from you Jordan the BB world need more persons like you! A big hug dude! We are waiting recent pics.

Certainly how well Tyler are tell you is very important to know wich are your goals, what kind of training and cardio you are doing… low volume workout and high frecuency or what! You are doing your cardio based on you age… Personally the best cardio is the 60-70% of your max frecuency!

Hi Connor, if you read some articles that Jordan posted you can see how get your daily metabolic rate, Jordan explain that this is for structure your daily MACROS from you daily metabolic rate. Jordan put the next formule (your bodyweight in lbs x 15) with this you can obtain your daily metabolic rate and if you do this you can see that you are in a caloric deficit. You need 2772cal to build up your muscles, staying in a caloric deficit… you can’t growth.
