Nothing has changed, trained in a vest when it’s really really hot in ripped which would hit silly heat , outside of that , I’m there to train , not to look at myself or show off

I can vouch for that, Ripped is like an oven… it took 2 wardrobe changes to get through legs the other day, it was 20 degrees outside, but like 30 inside.
Could carditone be a viable option for fitness levels? I’m not sure of it’s affect on LDLs however. I know it brings my blood pressure down and I generally have better endurance in high rep sets using it

Hi Oscar, I see you’ve mentioned ‘single arm press’ in most of your delt focussed workouts…are they performed on a shoulder press or chest press machine?

Sounds like you could be having issues with your movement patterns. Get someone to assess your technique and form.
I would also opt for some knee sleeves and kwan long oil

Having been diagnosed with UC close to 10years ago I can honestly say I’ve been medication free for 8+ years. You need to learn to manage stress levels, control inflammation and avoid foods that don’t agree with you
