Today checked in with Stefan Kienzl , we agreed that we are in time weight is at 108,6kg so we have enough time for the last few kgs.
All is coming together smoothly. Still trying to improve my mobility to get in a few classic poses for the new category I will compete in.

Today has been rest day. My legs are very very sore..yesterday’s session was absolutely horrible.
Tomorrow is check in day so I’ll have more of an update on any changes and amendments that Jordan makes ????

Lately, you’ve mentioned that your workouts are in the log section…where do I find this? I’m assuming it’s in the workout log tab however when I click on the icon it only displays my workouts when/if I log them. -

– Reset your reps on these (go back to 10-12rep set then micro load from there)
– rotate exercises -

1K cals is s massive variance in food…esp if you look at on a weekly cycle. Try sticking to the same diet for a good length of time and make adjustments from there
