Hi JP,
Do you follow are set structure/plan for your pull sessions. I know youve broken down your push sessions several times in this thread so im curious as to what you feel is your optimal volume & structure for these ones.

As soon as i hit 10-12 reps ill add weight….then you just keep repeating the same process ?

Exercise selection looks good….just keep an eye on the overall volume. Its there a reason as to why youve chosen 4 sets for a secondary tricep exercise?

Agree with Michael…this has been covered several times already. JP doesnt advise its usage during the offseason…keep it for when its needed which is during prep

You’re not consuming anywhere near enough cals Kristof…which is attributing to your fatigue. You think you’re holding water however your body weight is the same? Just think for a moment about this.

A few ?s regarding how you’ll attacked the final 11wks?
– Will you training days increase in frequency? How many days are you training atm?
– Will you be implementing cardio or do you try and hold off on this as long as possible?
– Ive noticed you’re starting to do a lot more Muscle Round workout…is this purely for calorie expenditure at this stage in your prep?Keep the hammer down my friend
