Hey Jordan
Right now you’re still running your food yourself? You won’t start with Stefan until you pick a show right?IG - @gymwithhym

Regarding your latest push session vid
With the banded machine presses do you not feel more overload in triceps at the top as you’re overloading the top portion.
Or is it the fact that everyone is weaker in the most shortened position. Thus placing more loading at the top for overloading triceps and chest in most shortened position. Also would it have made more sense then to place the best supp DB laterals as the first iso shoulder movement as it overloads the shortened position first when you have more energy. Then as the second iso movement hit the lying cuff laterals as it places tension into the lengthened position as we are stronger there.
Lol hope this makes sense to you. Just some thoughts on viewing. Geekspeak.

Joe Bennett had really cool things to say about you on his site. Was actually promoting your website in one of his videos.
Checked out stefans page too. He’s got some guys fucking peeled dry condition. So I look forward to seeing your changes.
Good luck!!

Nice didn’t see that coming, thought you might have gone for Aceto
Will be interesting to see what he would do differently than yourselfIG - @gymwithhym

Interesting. I think taken out of context a bit with articles. he isnt completely against training chest. Just not as high volume and favours more pressing than chest ISO movements

Been reading a lot on this topic lately. I think mark coles was speaking if women (not competing) needed to isolate chest?
And if you want to bring up specific body parts for comp? Like bikini you’re looking at different criteria to bodybuilding.
Or even your average female office worker compared to a competitor?
Just some thoughts would like to know your views 🙂

Bit random but when you have sushi post workout how do you count the macros for that meal. Also Do you avoid salmon as it’s high in fat for PWO and just go for tuna

I think as long as it sits well in stomach and not overly bloated and unfortable then you’re okay.
Personally if trying to save money you could maybe do a combination of hbcd and maltodextrin/ dextrin to limit bloat further.
Don’t think there is too much diff (but could be wrong) I think with maltodextrin/ dextrose you will need to take in more water than if you used hbcd aloneIG - @gymwithhym

Noticed that I haven’t seen much standing military pressing in your training. Is it more of a mobility reason or loading issue for leaving it out? Or just hasn’t made recent exercise rotations?

Hope you don’t mind me asking but always wondered why you and Corinne went for Nabba instead of IFBB?

What are the signs you should look for to know if it sits well with you?
If pre workout then it would make you sluggish so you don’t want that considering you want to be ready to train.
What about post workout? How would you know if you’re taking in too much or too little? Would it be bloating and general stomach discomfort?

In you video of healthy heart and lipid profile you mentioned you’re taking GLA Evening Primrose Oil. How much of that are you taking and would recommend as a daily dosage? Or does this depend from person to person depending on level on inflammation?

Haha whoops totally overlooked the title
With the stretching you do after muscle groups with your training. Is it working in a similar fashion as occlusion training? Restricting blood flow to the muscle for growth or is there another reasoning?

Okay finally caught up with whole forum
2 questions:
1. What is your reasoning behind adductor work? Haven’t heard of many people using it.
2. How comes your rest day nutrition is low for when you’re trying to gain. Would it not be more beneficial to just keep rest days to maintenence kcals rather than in deficit
