From now on I will not be touching anything until I have sent it for testing with janoshik just to be sure exactly that I am not wasting my time on cycle.
People forget that many actually forge these tests too, so my preference is getting tested for my self to see.
Seems to be a lot of shit around at the moment. Getting bloods and going off “feel” and progress seems to be more reliable IMO than getting gear tested.
How do you do the testing?
You can’t send every vial you plan to use to be tested, so you’re still hoping the rest of the non-tested vials are part of the same batch as the one sent for testing.
I’d be tempted to take 0.1ml out of all the primo vials I had and stick that in a sterile vial for testing.
Should hopefully get you an average dose across your current inventory?

Great shout JP, thankyou

Hi Paul, just putting together my own upper/lower plan as I think it’s time to move over from Full Body work.
Just wondered if you could clarify the rep schemes you use for the heavy vs lighter sets.
So on heavy push you’d do 2x sets 6-9 reps.
Then on the lighter pull sets you’d do 2x sets 10-15reps?
Thanks!

Noticed no difference between the esters when pinned daily.
I have in the past started a cycle with NPP and then switched to Deca when oil/volume cost became prohibitive.
If it’s your first time using Nandrolone then may be best to go with NPP just to see how you get on, then you can dump it quick if sides arise.
I’m a big advocate for daily injections regardless of ester.
For me personally, swapping away from E3D pins in general was hugely positive.

In general, the closer you are to a contest lean physique, the more you can ‘get away with’. Would start with once a week or once every two weeks and then maybe increasing the frequency (assuming you are still losing bodyfat in between those high carb days).
If after a high carb day you look better -> do it again next week (just so you don’t stall your progress too much).
If afterwards you look worse: asses from what (poor food choices, spilled over, etc) and try to do what you think is best.
The nice thing about your situation is that you can fuck it up with out embarrassing yourself (on stage). I would really suggest you experiment a bit with it. It’s fun :p
You’re a star. Thankyou for the help – much appreciated!

Tren has never blunted my appetite in a deficit. Recently I used 100mg per week in a cut and my appetite really went up.
The sides, fatigue etc, you just need to accept them imo. It’s a phase you need to push trough. However a deload (training and burner wise) could be done to wash some fatigue off. Coupled with maybe some more high days it could help. Experiment some, it’s fun.
Body composition wise, you’re very much on track imo. If you push another 6 weeks, you’ll be very low bf and primed for a long growth phase.Awesome thanks Roy! High days aren’t something I’ve ever really used before.
Whats your general rule of thumb for these in terms of frequency and carb totals?
Plan is to make it through the next 6 weeks without straying off plan. But could be a useful tool if fatloss jumps too far ahead.

Anecdotally, switching to ED pinning (if this is steroid/hormone induced acne) had a huge effect on my skin quality.
Something to consider.

Microdosing ED with slin pins was one of the best decisions I ever made when it came to gear use.
There’s a little bit more Sunday evening ‘admin’ involved prepping them for the week. But it’s a small price to pay imo. Stored back in the plastic sleeves then in a metal tin. Pin on an evening after brushing my teeth.
You will need more sites to rotate through ofcourse, but with the microdosing I find even if a little goes sub-q it’s no major irritation. Lats, delts, quads (multiple spots), vg etc.

Before I swapped the orals and added YOH I was stuck on 210lbs, so thought I’d shake things up aha.
My main worry is have I hit a brick wall with dropping calories too low, too soon. Will fatigue/training just keep spiralling?
If so, do I just accept that as part of the cut or are there options like a weekly higher carb meal or day to pull things back but maintain fat loss?
Again, I’m not shooting for comp prep type conditioning – but how far would you push to be in a really good spot for starting off-season. I think having an ultimate end goal would really help me – whether that’s looking for something in the mirror or on the scale.
Really really appreciate your feedback and time btw.
