@ioflynn I know some Masters UK bjj fighters and their comps inc worlds etc are untested and there a lot of jacked guys there especially light heavy and heavy. Most of his crowd are running GH and Test. Then before comps most of them drop the gh and go to trt only as they don’t want to get pumps during the fights. Not sure they really need the GH but I guess a little bit for repair and anti agin and some fat control is not a bad thing.
Ya in grappling events it’s widely used as there is a lack of testing even at the highest level.

So I think reading your post you have no intention of competing in MMA n this is just to aid in recovery n performance.
Test 300 – obvious reasons

I would personally avoid.
Carrying excess muscle isn’t a great look for MMA, look at the best in the world- style bender and Khabib, they’re in shape but not really carrying much size.
Being pumped and/or overstimulated ie through ephedrine, androgens etc will only cause you to tire out quicker.I think most people training in MMA are not looking to gain a lot of muscle as they need to make wieght and maintain high level of training day to day . For me personally it’s just so I can recover and train day to day without being sore. Also to maintain muscle bad strength and slowly build muscle and strength with high volume of training and cardio.
I am not trying to turn pro, I just love the training aspect. We go hard in training but we don’t smash each other or try to hurt each other. All controlled stuff. -

A little EQ should help, long metabolites though so can be piss tested for up to 18 months. Orals work well in this situation.
I would highly recommend you look at the peptides vide hilly did in the education section, ipamorelin 100mcg/mod grf 100mcg around training/morning/bed, or MK677 would work really well for recovery 20mg before bed. Elevates natural pulse of GH, not some bullshit supplement scam, you can look at the literature and see its effective at stimulating a GH response.
Then you have pre-workout stims and androgens eg. 20mg Halotestin 30mg Ephedrine 250mg Caffeine and you’re ready for war, but like Haider said you gotta weigh up your options, if they ain’t testing aka the other guys knows the playing field then its fair game, but you use Halotestin-Cheque Drops-Methyltrienolone and flip through your journal of painful memories you get in that cage a killer

I am more looking for a cycle to help me with recovery to be able to train every day. I am 32 so not young anymore. With weights and sparing 5 days a week in Bjj I find recovery to be a struggle.
I am currently 97kg but would compete at 94 if I was going to. But not at a high level. I am in 200mg test right now and feel good but want to add some size slowly before I cut down next year
I was thinking eq but havnt ran it before. I actually might use it instead at 400-600mg and see what’s it’s like.
So maybe something like 300mg test, 400-600mg eq and either 50mg anavar or 40tbol daily would be better.
I would like to add gh but I just can’t justify the cost. Not worth it for me unless i made a living from my body and looks

I do this for 3 months of the year. I feel fine. Yes sex drive is lower and you don’t look as good. But keep training and stay on same diet and it’s not as drastic as people say. Most people are too scared to do it so actually don’t have experience in it and just think the worst
If you plan to go back on it’s better to go clean with no drugs at all for 3 months rather than taking drugs to try and recover only to go back on again.
I think Ronnie Coleman mentioned he used to do something slimilarI have every intention on getting back on TRT. I was just worried about the decrease in athletic performance. [/quote]
Yes it will happen but it all comes back quickUnless you are at the pro level and fighting for every pound of muscle then why worry

I used to do this and loved it. After 6-8 weeks I used to feel toxic and not healthy. This way I feel good all the time

If you don’t have a deadline date and you’re feeling over-reached, you could have a week’s diet break. Bring calories back to maintenance, reduce training volume, stay active with gentle walks and then go again as you were afterwards. This will drop a lot of fatigue and leave you feeling refreshed and rested.

I would re assess your whole plan if you feel you need a rest already TBH.
I would take 3-5 days off totally. Just rest of you feel you need rest.

So I think if I rested for a bit it would give me the motivation to push for the last 3 weeks instead of a potential disheartening 4 weeks diet. But I think I will do that and rest until thurs/Friday and then push again. Thanks ?

Did you have a big carb meal without fats?
I think you may have got low blood sugar from a meal or something or else electrolyte issue
I have had this before and when I add a tbsp of oil or almond butter to carb meals I don’t get it
Also when I start a cycle I have in the past got a little sick. Think it’s because your immune system is compromised
I could be completely wrong but just my experience

When I meant bang for buck I was more hinting towards what would be the lowest dose of compounds to get the best results and be healthy as possible
I know this Isn’t healthy. But assuming diet and natural supps where good
I assume the compounds would be test, gh, anavar, primo, Tbol
But the dosage of each is where I am having an issue
