    As kuba said.. Drop the tren E more sides than tren ace + it takes longer to clear out if you are experiencing any side effects of it
    Same as nandrolone D vs NPP.. I got more sides on deca, npp – pretty much smooth sailing

    I think that look this year is due to nailed routine, better managing of training volume and recovery and resisting the urge to “just do more”
    Looking much healthier and the look is “fresh”, not inflamed or stringy

    Ah misinterpreted.. It’s purely mech. problem with Smith machine, not the “movement”/loading pattern itself

    Not, it felt horrible. My shoulder is in bits this morning as left side felt heavier so more impact there.

    Maybe reverse band it if you’re going to stay on the exercise?

    This year I barely used any insulin and made most gains every

    Keeping BG in check works better IMO

    Slin is overused massively

    Not much to report , feeling great , excited to train each day

    I’m having constant back and forths about what I want still , after this period and still looking pretty gd, I can see I’m defo not my thickest when I compare to when I dieted down in 2018 when I was about 260 ish there my density was the best ever but tHat was after starting prep over 300 pounds , so no real surprise haha , BUT I actually think another push to 285 on even just 300 test I think I could match my all time thickness , but do it in a way that has much more longevity, I just don’t know if it’s worth it, I don’t know if pushing my weight back up is worth it . To also clarify I have zero health concerns , right now I am not in any current state of ill health , but I now think what about 5-6 years from now and that’s the reason I dropped my drugs like I did , I just expected to now be like 240 and much smaller , instead I’m 263 today and I’m defo not small , I’m literally now just primed to do whatever I want to next . So some more thinking to do about what will make me most happy , I almost wish all my muscle fucked off so I then didn’t have to make this decision for a second time !! As the first time it was easy , now it’s a really hard decision full of even more ” what ifs” …..

    Definitely not “small”… Jordan, you look like some bull that has suppressed mystatin ? + your CV condition at that weight is sky high…. 260ish and can handle hiit sessions, unreal and hats off to you, sir

    No. Every one I know has been fine tbh.

    Is it after the infection or after the vaccine ?

    Does she have taste n smell back ? I feel if not means the infection may still be around b thus causing other issues

    Like for my fiancée currently

    Taste and smell are back

    Recently received 2nd dose of vaccine (and she was crushed for 2-3 days)

    After that body started playing

    Ofcourse it isn’t just oxadative stress it goes a lot further than that.

    @Hilly and I had a great convo about this, options for people with severe acne are there and I am trailing it right now with someone so I will report back.

    Of course I also don’t think that is just oxidative stress (genetic component, quality of peds used etc) but definitely can make an impact when all that combines together

    How do you recognize oxidative stress or first signs of this?
