    but even crossed my mind to put mast with test and eq for estrogen control

    You can get sliced on this. No debate

    Def I’m going with lower test and latsr i will play around with it for fullness

    Yes, my goal is to get shredded as i can be
    Probably i would need an AI (arimidex) looking at my feedback from previous cycle
    It is possible that i would have GH in hand ( just 2IU/day bc I’ve never used it before )

    Good morning
    Few notes to take
    All offseason for 2 years I spent 10/12 working sets on my back….. grew ok tissue but nothing to shout about.
    This year 8 direct sets and 1 compound and I’ve actually added a decent amount of tissue.
    Quality over quantity in every way, when you think you know how to train… you can always be better. I’ve still got a lot to learn.
    Couple of days rest in order after absolutely trashing my self the last week.
    Will be 2 possibly 3 days off.
    Back double and back lat spread from this morning.

    Great great progress my man

    quick morning shot – post leg day and rest day today

    fasted (no water)

    90,5kg , started “diet” at 93kg , 7th week on 150mg / T

    Definitely a bit softer but lifts / trainig is still holding and even progressing , keeping te basic volume

    Personally eq doesn’t nothing for me.
    Only select clients get on with it and see results worth using from it. 9 X out of 10 wouldn’t use it personally or with a client
    Way you look at eq is basically less potent test aside from some potential performance benefits
    If your thinking of doing test and eq and your not fat your likely better off with more test.
    Test and npp better option
    Or stop being tight and run test and primo the best option really haha

    Tight ? vial 10ml with 100mg/ml of primo is 80€

    Will consider that also with NPP
    Probably lower test 300-400 in the beginning and higher npp 500-600
    Or to match them and see how i respond

    Primo is in reality a better drug
    EQ will aromatise
    I would go 300 test n 600 EQ n asses in that ration after 4 weeks response

    One thing I’m also taking into consideration (it will maybe sound stupid) but… RBC count and viscosity from T + EQ bc of potential vaccination

    Weight is pretty much stable but looking leaner
