Few notes to take
All offseason for 2 years I spent 10/12 working sets on my back….. grew ok tissue but nothing to shout about.
This year 8 direct sets and 1 compound and I’ve actually added a decent amount of tissue.
Quality over quantity in every way, when you think you know how to train… you can always be better. I’ve still got a lot to learn.
Couple of days rest in order after absolutely trashing my self the last week.
Will be 2 possibly 3 days off.

Personally eq doesn’t nothing for me.
Only select clients get on with it and see results worth using from it. 9 X out of 10 wouldn’t use it personally or with a client
Way you look at eq is basically less potent test aside from some potential performance benefits
If your thinking of doing test and eq and your not fat your likely better off with more test.
Test and npp better option
Or stop being tight and run test and primo the best option really hahaTight ? vial 10ml with 100mg/ml of primo is 80€
Will consider that also with NPP
Probably lower test 300-400 in the beginning and higher npp 500-600
Or to match them and see how i respond -
