That’s the plan when I pick up my numbers up again on basic volume.. Bc I’m still in reverse diet phase so don’t want to push it too early to save my recovery capacity and stay “trainable” -

I train alone so I have to prescribe myself rest periods bc it’s also variable that need to be be somehow constant if you want to track progress IMO
So it’s 180+ (few sec. more if needed) on compounds and usually 90-120s on isolation movements -

He took my advice and preload the insulin pins. So he’s now gonna take 2x 0,5ml shots (125mg) per week in each delt

Even if test is on lower side 250-300mg it is better to split it up bc of balance in peaking
One dose as I learned, peaks much stronger 2nd or 3rd day but also aromatization is much higher on those days

Yes even on a low dose you can microdose, Insulin pins are easy and pain free. It gives you a better balance and often you won’t need an ai on a low dose test cycle when you do it this way.

Great push session , strength is still nice , my prime press was down a rep but I had my left leg straight and didn’t drive through my legs at all, pretty odd to set up like that , my back off set where I changed the strength curve I managed to progress my load even with that stance ?
Prime press x 4 , x 5
High incline smith non deadstop x 5
Narrow smith non deadstop x 5
Narrow prime drop set : bottom x 6 into top x 6 into bottom x 3 partials
Paused stretch fly , 3 second ecc , 3 second in the stretch x 5
Decline cable cross x 8 into 2 partials
Narrow jm press up x 6 , x 9
Cross push down swueeezeeee the life out of the tri x 10
Machine lateral x 5 , x 8 , x 10
Db front lateral x 10
Cable mechanical drop set : standing crucifix lateral x 8 into standing normal lateral x 3 into crucifix partials x 3
Rope crunch x 9 , x 8 , x 15
Pull tmo , obv no actual pulls , instead hypers and then single leg press on ze good leg . Shame as my trap bar pull was getting good and ticking over my back thickness work and my quad frequency work in one , instead a hyper and a single leg press will have to do

This was entirely my own fault , I’m an absolute moron , I have no idea what I was thinking , I was excited to train and to push hard and meh , I’m sure it won’t take ages and ages but it’s going to be a gd few weeks of very little on it .

Tore my quad pretty badly on the leg press , misjudged the band tension as I had some new heavy bands , first set for 10 was fine , went up second set and left quad tore quite badly . That leg will be out of action for a bit , I predict based on how it felt , sounded, how sore it is now that will take 3 months to be able to do anything that could count as stimulus and then probs a couple months after that to get back to where I am. Upsetting but it is what it is, sessions won’t change , just single leg press and single leg ext on the good leg . Bad leg start very very light once it will let me , and then work it’s way back up , usual rehab approach. Avoid any pain, don’t rush it. Meh , 5 month set back isn’t ideal at all but it’s just one body part , so not the end of the world
