You know it’s going to be a good day when you wake at 5am and the first thought is . Legs is going off today haha, gosh that’s sad lol, but I suppose it will be an even sadder day when I’m too mashed to go at them still . We actually have a new leg press because I was starting to get scared doing the heavy banded work without a leg press having a safety catcher lol , I want to go at that 50:50 rep but also don’t want to die , so now we have one which means I can fully bury myself and end in the hole !! Ohhh yeeeasss

Could just be his body trying to work out what’s happening. Could be trying to fight it as it’s showing up as something foreign in the body.

He took my advice and preload the insulin pins. So he’s now gonna take 2x 0,5ml shots (125mg) per week in each delt

Even if test is on lower side 250-300mg it is better to split it up bc of balance in peaking
One dose as I learned, peaks much stronger 2nd or 3rd day but also aromatization is much higher on those days

Yes if you start to plateau or doesn’t feel right for you then I would swap it out also!

Yes, my strength dropped in dieting phase and now I’m on reverse dieting but RDL is still to taxing and form is getting worse so I switched to SLDL & I’ll go back to RDL when my food and recovery gonna be on point bc it has a bit more hypertrophy potential.

Sldl 2x 8-10 10-15 – higher rep range until i get used to movement
Chest supp db row 2x 8-12, 12-15
Illiac lat pulldown 2x 8-12, 12-15
Upp.back pulldown 2x 8-12, 12-15 – bar with D handle to target the rear delts also
One arm cable lat row 2x 8-12 12-15
Faceaway cable curl 2x 8-10 10-15
One arm DB curl (elbow supp. on smith bar) 1 x RP set with 2 failure points
Feel free to critique the setup ?

Not a buge amount of water consumed in the day either (still trying to find the sweet spot without over hydrating)
170-200mg test Prop weekly (daily injections)
Cialis pre wrkout but have been for a while so wont be thatAnd try tu use salt which is 50% regular salt 50% potassium based
