    Jordan, close(er) grip bench/smith press does not sit well with my joints. Neutral grip DB press with 1sec pause at the bottom as an alternative for tric. compound ? Tnx ?

    Pull

    Rest

    Legs

    Rest

    So that x 6 – 30 days .

    This time I could probably last 7 , but I won’t , this will be the first fully completed 6 rotation and not needing a devolume but taking one anyways , this means the next block is going to be strong AF!!!

    Great pull session, time to devolume, that’s 6 rotations fucking smashed ! I could keep going but won’t , I’m very pleased . So drop fatigue , and get ready for the next 6 rotations as push on for leaner

    Trap bar sldl x 6

    Chest t bar x 5 , x 4 ( 8 plates lol! )
    Machine row x 5 , x 10

    Stretch chin x 9 , x 8

    Single arm machine row x 13

    Chest support pulldown x 10 , x 14

    Face pull rest pause 14-4-4

    Facing out cable curl x 7 , x 7

    Leg raise rest pause 21-6-4

    Probably need to look at energy balance , I don’t know what I weigh as I haven’t jumped on them for a bit , but I’m happy with how I look, my face is certainly less fat haha!

    I will take some proper pics when I’m all said and done before I start to transition into a surplus , probably shouldn’t drag that out too much longer as I need to cruise again. I will get some more blood work soon that’s deep in cycle blood work just to make sure all hasn’t changed much since last ones , I don’t suspect it will, vital support and love heart do an incredible job at keeping things in an acceptable spot while on cycle and then recover things very fast when you come off

    Jordan, for how long you can usually keep pushing intensity 6-8 weeks ( with adding reps, weight, slowing tempo & adding intensifiers) before you need to devolume?

    Crazy session! Yass , my fitness is picking up even more , recovery is moving into another level , which means more improvements to be made without really having to do much other than absolutely go at the session. I am never ever giving up this level of fitness again and tbh I want it much much better yet still!

    Cable curl dual, facing in stepped back 2m

    X 7 , x 5 , facing in no step back at all x 7 x 6 , facing out x 10 . Usual rest periods between sets

    Lying leg curl x 5 , x 23 , seated leg curl x 9 + 1 forced

    Adductor rest pause 9-2-1

    Banded leg press x 10 , x 6 , no bands x 11

    Paused pendulum x 5

    Leg ext x 12 , x 9 – 5 – 3 ( Kaz Set , go on Kaseems insta to check this out , nasty shit )

    Hyper superset abductor x 10 / 11 , x 8 + 2 forced / 7

    Leg raise x 18-5-3 rest pause

    Dc toe press x 11 , standing dc x 8

    Feel great , 2 more sessions and then I will devolume just to make sure I keep feeling great

    Hey guys

    How long after cycle (test E, tren E, mast E ) should get blood work done?

    Goal is to get back to physiological levels (8-24) for the next 8-10 weeks (cruise), to allow my liver to detox. properly & work on my health, before I start my next cycle

    Very complicated and about 6 different methods in one

    Don’t get me wrong it looks amazing and mind blowing

    Il stick to basic principles that so far got me at least 10/12 lbs of extra muscle each time.

    I think it can have purpose afeter doing intense training for 8-10 weeks, switch week or 2 to sarcoplasmic training – new stimulus for muscle , emphasize the local metabolic work, pick the adaptations and go back to progression

    my opinion 🙂
