It just makes me upset because I paid this guy for a year and he’s not taking my feedback into consideration with his decision making. Would you trust the guy if he increased training volume by 50% overnight?

Yes basically I am a moron. I didn’t know how long you held the weight.

We can’t directly give you a ped source on here but my best piece of advice would be speak to people you know and trust ie gym friends/ coach and find a source they use and trust ☺️

I would drop calories 400-500 out of the gate to get fat loss moving quick out of the gate for the first few weeks. Aim to lose 1% of your body weight per week from week 3 onwards. Rate of loss will be quicker in weeks 1 and 2 because of glycogen depletion.

Jordan, with this last time you dieted down, did you lower doses down to a cruise? Or just stay on for this period of dropping body fat and pushing up again now

Jordan, quick question. I have only been apart of the members site for 2 months. I’m still navigating how to use the app on my phone. Should we be able to follow certain athletes that we want to see their feed/posts? Cheers!

I wouldn’t have a problem eating a 5th meal. The problem is I have found that if my last meal before bed isn’t big enough, it won’t hold me over until the next morning. I will wake up in the middle of the nigh ravenous. I am a bit torn of what to do because I know 5 meals is more optimal than 4.
I agree with the comments above especially those that take into account your current routine as to whether a 5th meal is manageable. If a 5th meal is manageable go for it, if not you know you can also hit your targets in 1 less meal feeding. Do what works best for you

I personally have a training day diet and rest day diet. 400 calories lower on the rest days. This helps me keep body fat in check
