Okey. But, do a refeed on 14 week, or not?

Are you natural or on drugs? Great shape BTW.

Thank you for the quick answers. I try to be active during the day. On rest days I do low-intensity cardio for 45 to 50 minutes. That is, to catch up with them in steps. What would you advise me about calories when the weight stops falling and performance in the gym remains stagnant? Maybe refeed? I don’t know yet how many calories I will be able to lose before I start starving. Greetings.

Thanks Corinne. I am thinking of trying UL for a few weeks, judging how I feel, and whether I can maintain the intensity throughout the session.

Hi Corinne. I do PPL because I like it as a split, not because of the surgery. I just train my legs with less intensity. My workout includes 2 sets per exercise. One top set and one back off set. Rep range 5-8 12-15. I do my best on every set and I always get to Failure. If I go back to full body, I just won’t be able to recover. As suggested, I’m probably intermediate. I’ll give UL a chance

Thanks for the reply. I train high intensity and I think if I train with such intensity at upper / lower I will be crushed after the workout because of the high number of exercises. I think give the chance of upper / lower for a few weeks, if there is a regression in strength, I will return to push, pull, legs.

Thank you all for your answers. I continue the same way.

I train push/pull/legs 2 on week. But now without legs, because I recovery from surgery of my left knee. For now I progress very well on every exercise.
