Cheers guys, all makes sense now. Never looked on it like I would a bicep for example, some Are long and some are very round and peaky. Appreciate the help as always, thank you.

I would go in at 400mg test.
Then add in 200mg deca at week 7/8
Then asses at week 13/14.
Could could then up test to 600 if wanted to keep going another 6 weeks all being well or cruise for 6 then go again._________________________________________

Tbh 70% is fine if you prefer it’s taste, but I’m more of a bitter guy and also prefer 85% to 100%. I think higher percentages contain more polyphenols..
You do need a bit of saturated fats but try to get most from monounsaturated then polyunsaturated (Nordic oil is a good option).[/quote]

You should definitely count everything you eat to know where you are at. And if progression stalls you can adjust food properly with knowing where you are you can’t adjust properly

I would say if your goal is to gain tissue then your diet and workouts should reflect your goal. I personally track EVERYTHING. Every condiment. Every once or gram of food. In my opinion the only way to reach your goal is to find out what your needs are and ensure you’re meeting them daily. However, I am not one to usually give advice as I’m still trying to hit my goals as well

Slightly higher risk jabbing arms, can cause nasty scar tissue so use insulin pin or similar. Wouldn’t recommend it though. Some jab enhancement oils but never looks good in my opinion
